Looks nothing like the pictures online. They have a bunch of trash taking up 30-40% of their parking lot. The main entrance sliding doors were broken, you have to pull them apart yourself. Theres a big sign in front desk saying “100% smoke free hotel smell the fresh air” once you check in the clerk also tells you anything we break will get charged to our card or if it smells like someone smoked in the toom. Which I completely understand and agree with. Now when i go up to the room it smelled horribly like cigarette, I go down to the front desk and inform them and I asked for a different room in which I was told “no we are completely booked” which i could understand but no “I apologize for the inconvenience” i didnt get no “we’ll refund you a 50% at least of your stay” NOTHING! We were dealt to deal with the sickening smell, my husband and I made the decision to stay only because we were still 3-4 hours from our house. The walls were all scratched up, the bathroom doors have gone through a war, the hallway carpets were stained and smelled. Definitely a disappointment and not worth the $200 I spent for a 1 night stay.

It was average for amenities. The toilet didn't flush well. When we reported it, the front desk spent possibly 60 seconds on it and left. He told us that maintenance had a long list of items and they would 'get around to it when they could'. The hallway was dirty. The room had knicks and scratches, the remote was falling apart. It was not worth $300 for the night.

Location was the only good thing about this place Room smelled musky. Hotel was dirty. Mold was growing out of the vents. Rooms were small. Wifi didnt work. You could tell the staff didnt care about her job.

Doors didnt work in the lobby , breakfast had nothing , worker told us they had too wait on shipments . Hallways were filled with boxes .

From the beginning main door wasn’t working you literally had to push it hard to open and close. The rooms had a strong smell of smoke AC wasn’t working properly not cooling at all. We have a 90+degree weather and this place had not cold water to shower water was literally burning hot. Doors didn’t lock so if you plan on getting a room for 2 or more people you’ll have no privacy. On top of all that they charged us some extra fees for our dogs being too loud apparently if you bring your dog you have to keep them quiet the whole time which is impossible so do not bring your pets with you. In other words worst hotel experience so far.

When we arrived, the parking lot, aside from being small, was full of trash; they have to put an area of trash of renovation and put up a sign indicating that the hotel is undergoing renovations. Upon entering the hotel, the smell was unpleasant; the hallways reeked, and there was a strong odor of marijuana. My room was fine, it appeared to have been renovated, but considering the price, I’d rate it a 7/10. The room occupied by the friends traveling with us, however, was in poor condition; it smelled bad, and the bathtub was covered in mold.

After sustaining an injury/deep laceration from a jagged, broken shower stall that had not been repaired, I repeatedly contacted the owner, Drew, who did not return my calls or take any action, and they didn’t even switch me out of my room into another room leaving me with unpleasant and dangerous conditions during my stay.

Todo bien trankilo , recomiendo mejorar el desayuno
