Location Killed a roach in my room. Had an open hole in ceiling with wiring appeared to be old smoke detector hook up but not sure. Pain job was very Amature. Attachments for either a painting or mirror above headboard were still on wall

The room was clean, bathroom was surprisingly updated. Quiet when I went to bed. There is a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the room. The building is older, water spots on the ceiling in the lobby, boxes in the hallway, breakfast drinks were watered down or expired. My mattress was comfortable, but it was old and had a hard edge around it. The two women in the morning were kind of rude, couldn't be interrupted to answer a question.

The front desk staff was nice, accommodating and just nice after a long day of travel Room was dirty. Had to change my own bedding at 8 pm because of stains on the bed, comforter was torn in many places, hair and dirt every where! Just felt like no effort was put into maintaining the remodeled rooms. Fridge never got cold and microwave was so small you couldn't fit a bag of popcorn in there

he other juice looked like apple juice but didn't taste like it.

I booked the room on the evening of the 16th and arrived quite late on the morning of the 17th. I had informed the front desk that I would be checking out in about two or three hours, yet the cleaning staff opened my door twice, repeatedly asking whether I was staying or checking out. They disturbed me twice while I was resting; I was extremely annoyed by this.

Property is convincingly to the QRS airport. All my family members and me had ants bit. I really don’t like that.

Front sliding door didn’t work you had to slide the heavy door open and close drink vending machines didn’t work and it was dirty

As soon as you walked in the building it smelled really bad, like mold or mildew, definitely smelt of water damage left untreated. The staff did not greet me at all and both of them looked like they hated their jobs. The carnet smelt and looked very bad. There was white powder all over the stair going up to the 2nd floor. Once we got to the third floor there was trash in the hallways and there was wires hanging from the ceiling. We got into the room and it had a really bad smell like when you leave wet clothes in a washer too long. I turned on the AC to try and get the air out and turned on the air ventilator from the restroom. The shower was dirty, it had brown streaks on the walls from top to bottom and the knob to change the water temperature was broken. If you didn’t close it all the way the shower head would leak. One of the hair towels I used to put on the restroom floor was stained red. After we got ready and left we didn’t return until late at night and when we went to go turn up the temperature on the AC we saw the floor full of water leaking from the AC unit. When I went to go tell the front desk all he did was give me towels to put on the floor because “ thats what is happening in all the rooms” . I would not stay here again.
