Residence Inn by Marriott Sarasota Bradenton

Location is directly across from the Sarasota\Bradenton airport. Property is exceptionally clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hot, fresh with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is very pleasant and has comfortable seating for relaxing.

se equivocaron y dieron nuestra habitacion a otras personas y quisieron entrar a la habitacion mientras estabamos acostados nos asistamos mucho ya que insistian para entrar luego al otro dia 7 am me llamaron portelefono nos despertaron ya que dormiamos para haber lo que sucedio y que a ellos no les respondio el sistema entonces paso eso y la habitacion no me la limpiaron desde el sabado que ingresamos hasta el martes y ya el miercoles salimos el desayuno un espanto todo se agotaba y me dijeron que me hacian una atencion por lo sucedido y no la vi reflejada en mi factura.No elijo mas esta propiedad! de terror todo.

Clean room. Good breakfast

I booked this Hotel on July 4th weekend. I arrived to the hotel very late and accepted the room I was given. Well the room smelled like if there was someone smoking inside at all times. I should have asked for a different room since I booked cause it said it was a smoke free hotel. But not only the room, the breakfast area as well smelled like if people were smoking. To the point we could smell the smoke in our clothes when we got back home and my baby got sick right after. In addition, I saw a charged in my credit of 594 dollars for which I was told to contact Expedia when Expedia had previously charged a different credit card I provided. After my insistence they cared to check account and discovered they charged my card cause the one Expedia provided to them to pay had an issue. If it wasn’t for me checking my statement I would have paid double for this stay which wasn’t the best. Overall it wasn’t the best experience.

En la habitación había gavetero roto, mal olor dentro y fuera de la habitación. El área del desayuno muy pequeña para los huéspedes. Poca seguridad intentaron robar mi auto.

Les recomiendo ese hotel a cualquier persona muy linda, las personas que trabajan ahí en el Front de la muchacha que trabaja en el buffet muy amable muy limpia las habitaciones muy atenta a las personas muy bueno el buffet mucha limpieza están pendiente a los clientes ayudarlos en cualquier inquietud que tengan en satisfacerlos. Me quedé súper sorprendida de la atención ya que venía de pasar una mala experiencia en otro hotel. mi mascota estuvo feliz en la instalación muy amplia, las habitaciones con muy buenas condiciones. Los recomiendo al 100% yo hice BBQ al lado de la piscina a la piscina muy limpia muy tranquilo el lugar. En fin los recomiendo

Breakfast was ok

Our stay was comfortable and got a room on the first floor close to the exit. This worked out great for us; our early check-in request was also honored. Room was clean and well-appointed to our liking for this short stay.

Property looks like a nursing home that hasn’t been updated since the 90’s.

Rooms were clean and staff excellent

They over charged my credit card by $110. It was a total pain trying to get the money back
