SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sarasota Bradenton

We had a very good stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything else met our expectations. The only issue was that one area of the carpet in our room was wet, but aside from that, everything was great. We would stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the fact that it has a sofa bed with a bed under the sofa as well. My children slept apart as they like. Everything very clean and the employees are great

Very nice, good breakfast, nice pool

The hotel is in serious need of a deep cleaning. The carpets throughout the hallways were filthy, the sofa cushions in the room were heavily stained, and the shower in the bathroom was in poor condition and clearly needs attention. To make matters worse, there was significant noise from the room above, where a child was jumping around at midnight, making it difficult to get any rest. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not choose to stay here again. It’s unfortunate because I expect much better from a hotel carrying the Marriott name.

The shower needs a makeover

The property is under going construction rite now after they finish I'm sure it will be 5 star worthy.

The staff was so helpful and friendly especially since we were checking in late at night.

LeighAnn(front desk) clerk was wonderful!!! Her demeanor, concern and willingness to help was amazing. Very friendly and approachable! Kooooodos to her! Awesome!

The use of amenities.

Breakfast was a C, no higher. Did not meet standards usually associated with a Marriott.

No housekeeping provided in my 3 days stay .

I love how friendly the staff was. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. As a business owner myself, I really appreciated that. I did find that there was some hair in my shower that did not belong to me. And a few of the towels had some stains on them that made me skeptical to use them.

It was a nice stay

There is a gentleman at the front desk very helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Had a great time overall, I would go back.
