The most appealing aspect of staying here is the unique ambiance. It is a blend of modern and industrial casual, with a touch of class. I frequently express that "Class" is not something that can be purchased. Therefore, the staff brings out the complete experience of being in a hotel, not just a hospitality facility, which is more important to address each guest with care and attention.

L’endroit était propre et beau. Nous avons eu un dégât d’eau dans notre chambre, mais nous avons été relocalisés sans problème. Par contre, je n’ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles concernant le bris de mes effets personnels causé par le dégât. J’ai envoyé un courriel et j’attends toujours une réponse. Le déjeuner était bon et le personnel était gentil. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle semblait bien entretenue. Il y avait toujours des enfants qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit et qui plongeaient dans l’eau, donc nous n’avons pas fait de tour dans la piscine. Je ne tiens pas l’hôtel responsable des enfants bruyants; après tout, ce sont des enfants et c’est tout à fait normal.

My room was 217, I suggest avoid this room because of the constant noise from elevator chatting, and big gap under door if you’re concerned about keeping room darkrooms A/C unit didn’t work properly as I struggled to keep room cooled…..other than that gym was on point so was breakfast and coffee, crew and front desk were very cordial.

Rooms are always neat and clean. Staff are cordial and helpful. Breakfast is always top notch and tasty.

The cons were we were suppose to have complimentary breakfast, but we had to pay $7.00 each per person. Therefore, I expected a little more from their breakfast buffet rather than what I would get for free from a Hampton Inn.

The property was cute, good for photos and social media posts. I did Not really care for the brick walls in the rooms and the wooden utensils for breakfast. Otherwise cool place to stay for a few days. Could use more amenities like restaurants and snack area could use more items. Customer service was good.
