I didn’t like the fact they told me I was getting free parking and free breakfast when I booked it then they told me because I booked it through Expedia. I didn’t qualify for those things I would have never known about the property if it wasn’t for Expedia then they took a $200 deposit and I still haven’t received it back

Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My only disappointment was the pool—it was much smaller than it looks in the photos. Overall, I had a great stay.

It was a very short stay but the property was an amazing deal for the price and we are already planning a longer stay here. Breakfast was great and pool was perfect per my wife.

Room service should be a must and not have to request it. One of the elevators was out of service. But overall stay was ok.

The staff was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is an additional $5.xx and can be tight. If you are sharing a room with friends, you're gonna get close as the toilet and shower share a sliding door. Overall great stay.

Pleasant stay

This was the coolest hotel that I have ever stayed at. The atmosphere is amazing. It has a very high class expensive feel at a reasonable price. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The whole place was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Did not hear the people in the neighboring rooms, nor did we hear much airport traffic even though we were right by the airport. It is a short walk from the hotel to the airport, all sidewalk and safe roads. Left too early to try breakfast, but the coffee shop was amazing! Large gated parking lot.

Hands down the best hotel in the area…like the industrial and concrete look of the rooms..very well maintained property.

Excelente muy lindo

This has been my go to hotel in the area when I need a break from home. Rooms are always so clean, friendly staff, and welcoming..check in process was very easy and quick. Pool and hot tub were great condition and the new spas were also amazing, as they accommodated to my request for the spa the morning I checked out, and allowed for a later check out. By far the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel nationwide. Only negatives is the incidental fee, and no cash allowed..as it serves as an inconvenience for people like me who don’t have plastic, aka credit cards, as a source for payment. Def will get my stays in the future as well!
