Nothing

Also I didn’t like the remote front desk operations.
-
Told us there as no hot water after we paid. It was like that for several days and they still offered it in their website.
-
Comfortable bed Good housekeeping A/C didn't work in room, blowing warm air
-
Try to cancel reservation and wouldn't let me do it
-
Location and cleanliness Breakfast was skimpy and further away from beach as advertised
-
It was a great deal for the price, I definitely recommend Quality inn lido in Sarasota.

How do I get my 100 dollar refund

Pleasant
-
The A/C unit was so noisy that I could not sleep. The room was clean and everything worked, shower was hot and good water pressure. The check-in/Check-out process was different with the remote agent kiosk. How can you make your guests feel safe when you can't staff a real person at the counter. The experience was a bit concerning and hope I never have to see that again.

Exceptional
-
Location was closed to the area where we wanted to be around. Dirty entrance, rooms and furniture need maintenance, bad odor in room.
-
Was clean and good
-
Let me reiterate, worst place on earth I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay here
-
Clean and staff was professional. Would recommend it!!

The room was relatively clean. Never received my $100 deposit back. Was given some trouble regarding service dogs. Will find another place to stay when I return to Sarasota.
