Super 8 by Wyndham Sarasota Near Siesta Key

So the rooms were smelling nasty, the chair was broken down, and the TV wasn't working, and by all means I found a bag of crack in my toilet bowl, the worst experience ever. Then, I tell the front desk guy that in the room that he have placed me. It was weird as move around it and he just didn't care. He looked like a drug Lord to me. Eight

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean but could be better. Overall ok for the price range.

There ice machine works great he room was not clean upon arrival. There were brown stains on the ceiling, along with what appeared to be wet paper towel or toilet paper stuck to it. The hotel itself felt very old and poorly maintained. Several essential items including the phone, coffee maker, and alarm clock had their cords cut, which made the room feel unsafe and neglected. I also found a needle in the parking lot, which was extremely concerning. Overall, the property gave off a “we don’t care” vibe, and I would not stay here again.

Not sure the bad reviews but we stayed June 26-29.our room was clean and remodeled.new bedding,paint, everything!the entire hotel looked newly painted on the exterior..very nice place for the price...can't speak in the breakfast because we didn't utilize it.ocation was good about 10 minutes to the bottom of the island and 20 minutes from Anna Marie at the top of the island.will definitely stay again Not anything off hand.

For the price I paid , I did not expect that many amenities. Everything was fine.Services were satisfying. I stayed for 2 days and was delighted.

Not much really we changed hotels. The staff were very helpful. Locations was easy to get to The bedding was stained the bathroom was dirty. There was loose wiring. The bathroom door didn't close properly. The breakfast was not enough and what there was, was very poor

The hotel receptionist refused to give us an accessible room. He claimed there was no availability, yet we were able to verify with the housekeeping staff that accessible rooms were indeed available. Instead, he made an 86-year-old woman go up and down stairs all weekend long.

I knew Super 8 was a gamble but thought the Wyndham affiliation would have more quality control. Unfortunately we had to find other accommodations. The place was newly painted with new furniture but there was a terrible smell in the room that I could not tolerate. We stayed one night and the smell was so bad it woke me up at night. We left the next day. The staff was friendly, offered a different room but we decided to move on.

We got what we need a clean and safe places to sleep on are vacation

Fast check-in Comments reference waffles, but the waffle machine was gone (but the syrup was there.) Phones were not working when we were there.

The TV did not have any channels that didn't have to pay for and were fuzzy on the only channel that you didn't have to pay. When I went into the pool dirt pooled up. Other than that it was ok.
