The steps were an issue carrying heavy suitcases up because I was staying for a few days. Not enough towels, the room I stayed in the first time did not have blackout curtains no curtains at all, and the sunlight woke me up when I needed to sleep in . but overall everything is clean and bed was very comfortable.

Quiet convenient to everywhere I wanted to go very relaxing

It was very affordable and a good distance from everything in the city. Only issues were the hot/cold water in the shower needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t get cold at all. And the gate to the pool needs to be fixed.

The price Too old. AC unit is noisy and didn’t help with my sleep. Facilities are old.

Neil at the front desk when I checked in was a very nice person 😁 felt very comfortable there. It was like a membery of the old Florida days . When I checked out the gentleman at front desk was very kind.

nothing I wasn't expecting luxury—just cleanliness, respect, and decent service. Unfortunately, I found none of the three. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it. It feels quite unsafe; I understand that you get what you pay for, but it could be better.

It was anything but advertised and the photos on your site were totally misleading. The room was so bad, it stank really bad, it was dark, looked like a 1 hour room you take a prostitute to! Horrific! Since we only planed on 2 nights in Sarasota and beach was our interest and not a fancy place, $ 184 for 2 nights seemed great for a room that looked very acceptable on all websites! Whoever gave it 10 stars must have never stayed there and was paid to give it 10 stars! I would not want my enemy staying there!
