Buena relación precio/ calidad. El desayuno es bastante variado pero sería mejor si agregaran más proteína (solo había huevos duros). El jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio y las toallas para la playa te las cobran aparte.

Nothing it was a good stay probably will book again in the future

It was “clean” but not what I expected of a Hilton. I always stay at Hilton because it’s normally a high standard and this was not it. The pool needed to be cleaned and was not chlorinated. The hot tub was broken. The elevators were not great. I know it did disclose. They were doing construction, but everything was dusty and there was noise all day. The rooms need new carpeting and the walls redone. The bathroom was dirty and tiles were broken or not pieced in correctly. There was no hot breakfast. Not a good experience at all!

Staff

Hotel was ok. Breakfast could use some improvement. I understand it’s continental but when some items ran out like bananas only after an hour, probably would want to supply more. Staff was friendly. Room was unexpectedly smaller than pictured. Didn’t have any blankets in supply when we asked for an extra one.

We loved our stay. The hotel is only less than 10min drive to the beach The pool with a bar was a big plus for us, after 3 hours driving! Lol The hotel is clean, the breakfast is nothing too much but was good - I missed cheese, ham, bacon and milk, for example, but it wasn't a big deal. The room is very clean, but the curtains didn't covers the windows very well and for me (light sleeper) the room wasn't dark enough and I had some trouble to sleep, ai had to put a face towel on my face to be able to sleep... The shower is very weak and this was a head ache to wash my hair (I have a big and lot of hair!). And, the room didn't have a microwave or soap at the sink - didn't understand why! Overall, is worth the money and it is a good stay.

Friendly staff, and helpful when needed. Great location near everything. Room was clean and AC worked great. Room was cleaned every day with no issues. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

Good location to the beaches.

Las sabanas estaban sucia cuando me entregaron la habitación, habia mucho olor a humedad, el aire acondicionado no enfría bien, pase calor mientras dormía, el desayuno muy pobre, no habia variedad

The hotel was nice, reasonable for the cost for sure. The water in the shower was warm, not hot, there’s no coffee pot in the room and the coffee available in the lobby was terrible. Overall, minimal complaints and very nice hotel for the money.

Rooms were clean and my name was kn the TV, so that was cool. But they didn't have any meats for breakfast, hot tub was broken and that was part of the amenities I never got to use and I never got my deposit back for my room. So im very disappointed in that I was told id get my deposit back the room was tidy when we left. We left all the towels for house keeping easily accessible.

I would stay there again
