The cleanness of it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. No microwave in the room. Booked a king room with sofa. Got no sofa had to use play pen. Need to invest in stow aways or cots for extra if they cant provide what is booked. Breakfast bar was not appealing was expecting more.

The staff was very, very friendly and Johnny’s shuttle service that they provide for free. They are amazing hands down 100%. The pool was beautiful the bartender at the sandbar or sand pool there’s she was amazing as well. It was clean. I think that maybe they could upgrade their bathrooms and stuff like that a little bit better but I really was not disappointed other than I think the continental breakfast could’ve been a little bit better.

My water pressure in my sink and shower was barely there!! I went down stairs ask to see about moving me to another room. First I wanted to go visit the room before I moved my things to see if the water would get WARM as mine would not in room 328. The new room I checked out 331 water was warmer in the shower but barely better water pressure!! Not hot water or no water pressure in the sink or shower!

Easy to locate and exactly where we needed to be. Lovely rooms with comfy beds, good pool area. Good breakfast!

Like the pool and pool bar. Room was nice, clean, and sufficient Staff was very friendly and helpful Water pressure on third floor room was very weak Ice machines were out of order

If you ever stayed at at budget hotel at the Jersey Shore in the 1980’s and liked it, this is your place!!! Smell of mildew. Pillows sheets and towels stunk of bleach, I mean stunk. The male desk clerk was not happy we were checking in. His attitude was awful. The girl training to work the front desk was polite. We had to stay one night because we were doing construction on our home. We will not ever stay there again and will not recommend any of our friends or family to stay there either

We enjoyed our stay! Staff members were friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Was not a fancy place but was affordable, clean and friendly. Love Siesta Key area but it's a little pricey and this was perfect for the price, just across the bridge and 10 minutes down the road to the beach to take in the sunset. We are local from central FL we were just looking for a overnight stay which was a closer take off point to Venice Beach to go shark tooth hunting for the day, this was perfect! We would stay again and would suggest to others looking to get close to Siesta Key but don't want to spend so much to stay directly on Siesta Key beach! We did try the food truck parked in the lot for a snack, it looked clean, staff was friendly. Food was fresh, hot and hit the spot! Lots of food and shopping around the motel also!

A very bad experience at the hotel. Right from the welcome, the front desk staff had a very poor attitude; the floors were very dusty, the ice machines were dirty, and the walls and floors were unpainted. A very unpleasant experience.

Everything awesome! I will come back Nice staff: especially Mr. Lane at the front desk!

There was not a coffee pot in our room and only two towels provided during our stay.
