Location, the layout . Jenna is always great. The check in was very easy. Got text to let us know our room was ready ahead of schedule. Thanks again Jenna we had a great time. This is our 3rd year in a row staying here. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The stove was not cleaned , the was hair in one of the showers and hair on the kitchen counter and also hair on one of the hand towels.

We booked a last minute stay at Twin Palms and it was wonderful! We were close to everything including the beach, our room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. We hope to visit again soon! We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Owner was so nice and communication was awesome! Short walk to the beach and the best part was a wagon with all beach necessities were supplied to each room! Beautiful pool and private quiet patio area. Loved everything about our stay!!

The walk to the public beach, was very hard to pull the wagon.

The apartment was perfect for a group of 3 - a couple + a friend. There were 2 separate bathrooms, a lot of towels, well stocked kitchen (in terms of pots/pans/dishes), everything was clean and tidy. Loved both the pool and the proximity to the beach. Walkable distance to a bakery cafe & restaurants.

We didn't sleep well. The bed was okay but the air conditioner right outside our window was loud. Every time it started up it sounded like something was caught in the fan. We didn't get much sleep and it was one reason we left a day earlier.

The location was good. We could easily walk to other sites. The pool could be skimmed for debris.

Omg everything ! For once a hotel whose resort post was accurate. The beach a quarter away from the hotel .. pool outside our door. The easy access in checking in and out as well as kitchen stocked. Just awesome ! We came for four nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary., best experience. Janna the guest rep for hotel was there to assist with everything. Thank you so much . We will be back and talking about that Twin . The beach, got a long time All of it
