Clean rooms amazing staff lots of parking lovely landscape

The only reason I gave it the rating I did was due to the fact when we arrived our air conditioner wasn’t working. They were full so we had to stay there for the night. Staff did bring us a couple of fans which helped a little but the Florida heat made it pretty difficult to sleep, but we managed and they had a room ready for us the next day. We will be staying again.

Great place! Second time staying and it is so beautiful and has a real Florida vibe.

Cute little resort. I enjoy going there. Clean rooms.

We had a plumbing issue in our room and they moved us to another room immediately. However, I wouldn’t recommend the sleeper bed for an adult aside from that. The property was beautiful. The pools were clean.

Very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful photo opportunities all around the property. Adorable! Looks like you are at the beach, maybe Hawaii. But please note that you are NOT on the beach. I did not consider this walking distance to any beach or to the Village. Could it be done? Yes. Am I doing it in 90 degree heat? No. There are free bikes if you want to try that. We drove to all beaches and restaurants. It is close to lots of things and an easy drive to many others. The resort was not crowded which was a plus. However, Tiki Bar was not opened much, probably because there were not enough customers to support it. It was not open all posted and advertised hours. This is very boutique, niche resort. Super cute. We loved it. We were 3 women staying. The A/C stuggled to keep up when we were all showering and using the hair dryer, but it wasn't bad. They put a note out that says A/C will freeze up if you turn in below 72, so be prepared to be at that temperature. Fridge was very cold. I believe this is an older place that has been completely remodeled. Felt safe. Very short walk from parking lot to room. Loved that. Was near a little mobile home community if that is a problem for you, but it seemed like a nice one. There were Mercedes, BMWs, Infinitis, etc. vacationing at this property. It was very nice. Wish it was shorter walk to the beach, but we booked short notice. Not much oceanfront available in Siesta Key. Hope this was helpful.

The location was perfect for us. The on-site amenities, such as the pools, the tiki bar and the overall grounds were well kept and easy to use. The bed comfort, shower, and linens were very nice, and the AC worked well. There was a light outside our back door that was always on so our evening patio experience not great. There were no rugs in the room, so we tracked in a lot of sand. We could hear our neighbors through the walls.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This hotel is a hidden paradise in Sarasota. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our family vacation, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and create more wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this hotel and gladly give it a well-deserved five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The resort is so cute! I love the waterfall feature outside the door. It's very quiet and the staff is super friendly. They have great amenities, jenga, and the porch swings. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked very clean. The room is cute and has good air conditioning. Can't wait to go back!

Room #4 has its own private patio with plants that need attention. It had a table and 4 chairs plus 2 more chairs and small table on the covered patio. The room and bathroom are beautifully decorated, the bathroom has a step in shower with gorgeous tile, lots of towels, but only one hook to hang things on. The room has a kitchenette, with a small stove, sink, refrigerator and keurig coffee pot ant toaster. At night when I entered the room and turned on the lights I noticed roaches skidaddling out of the sink and up the counter. I never had any food out but they clearly were part of the plumbing. In Florida you kind of expect that. When I reported it to the office at checkout the girl asked if I had any pictures of them which I thought was odd. The cupboard and drawers were above my head making it hard for me to see what there was since I am 5'2" . The pool and property grounds are beautifully laid out with lots of seating areas, some covered, some open, lounge swings, adult only areas, adjacent tiki bar and covered pavillion. The beautiful fountains are a bonus touch! Unfortunately the mattress in room #4 is quite soft and bouncy. At the price per night I did expect an excellent bed and sleep ,however that wasn't my experience.. Seriously, the mattress was saggy and worn and for such a nice place I was astonished. The music blaring out of all the property speakers was too loud and too constant for my personal taste. I wasn't able to have a normal conversation with my friend at the pool. She finally requested from a grounds personnel to turn it down and he told her nothing. A few hours later I went to the office and asked for the volume to be lowered and the woman at the desk immediately lowered the volume but it didn't help much. The music begins at 8 am daily and plays until about 8 pm. Even though it wasn't offensive music, it is a constant assault on the nervous system. This isn't a shopping mall, what are the owners thinking? I came to this resort to relax, destress, and down regulate. Something is really off when while lying in the saggy mattress I could still here the music over the soft hum of the room AC, and the property fountains. I found it discordant with the overall otherwise beautiful vibe of this lovely property.

Good place for a getaway

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great! Bathroom showed NO signs of mildew. Room was simply decorated but comfy. Bed was soft in a good way. Slept great! Has all appliances we needed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Had stove and stocked kitchenette. Never used tiki bar but did use pool. Nice island music playing added to the ambiance of the bamboo and tropical foliage around the compound. There was a cobblestone path which meandered through and around the rooms. Sand pit with corn hole, firepit with seating and hammocks were also available for use. This is a great place to relax and enjoy taking a breath from life!
