Location is prime for Saratoga “Landlord special” for their upgrades. Under our lamp on the wall between beds there is a hole where you can see the room next to you. 1 bed had dirty sheets (which I took a photo), no cable connection or working WiFi and limited working plugs.

The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful.

In addition to no lights, the TV did not work and the air conditioner blew only warm air. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, mini fridge worked well. But I am highly dissatisfied with our stay. If I were able to get in touch with any staffI would ask for a partial rebate. I think I deserve that.

Nothing No help on site, when I called about not being able to operate the TV it took someone 35 min to get there. It was under construction and very dismal

The location Ac didn’t work, no hot water, bed very uncomfortable. No bathroom cups , tv remote didn’t work
-
Staff very helpful. The motel is being renovated and it is under construction at this time.

The only good thing is the distance to town. Only hear source was a space heater, only 2 pillows on the bed, no wifi, and someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night.
-
The place was closed we did not get a room it's under renovation If it was open
-
There is no breakfast No trash can in the room, no outlet for the bedside lamp, self check in did not work, no office/lobby, no water/coffee, and had to kill a spider when I got there.
-
There was no breakfast, no TV, no soap, no mirror, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, the shower was so nasty I would not step in. And I never received any notification from you confirming my reservation or even giving me a room number. There was never anyone manning the office or able to assist me. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

No garbage can in room. Towels left fuzzies on my hands. Happy I didn't have to shower here.
-
I didn’t like anything Only heat source was a space heater, only 2 pillows on the bed, no soap in the bathroom whatsoever not even hand soap, and someone tried to break into my room in the middle of the night

Owners not on the premises only saw one worker on the last day. All the reviews are lies.

Nothing No one was there when I went to check in

We expect a full refund. We have communicated that to them and expect Travelocity to support us in getting the full refund. Absolutely unacceptable that they book rooms and can not be bothered to answer any communication over a 3 hour time period at check in time.

Pleasant enough for a one night stay. Great location downtown. Had the smell of cleaning products. A chair in the room would have been nice. Probably a little over priced.
-
The room was clean and very nice. We received no blankets. Sheets only. We were in and end unit. Behind the motel there were mounds of garbage.

Absolute garbage hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

there were a lot of parking spots, while it was hard to find the entrance it was easy to exit. We reserved a room and received confirmation twice. When it came time for self check in, we realized we weren't provided with a pin to let ourselves in and that there was no one available on the phone to assist us. We instead took a taxi home and back to pick up the vehicle that was left behind after a night of drinking.
