It was great stay all around!! Super convenient.

Room was clean and my stay was upgraded to the master suite because they didnt have my room. Stayed for a concert and the hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked through Expedia and pricing was reasonable.

Only bad thing was I did not get the room I paid for everything else was great

I was exhausted by the time I reached the hotel. As I am traveling overseas, I had oversized luggage which I couldn't maneuver alone. I receptionists at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The put my luggage in storage (which other hotels refused to do), reserved a shuttle for my next day appointment so I wouldn't have to order a taxi. This was all done for an overwhelmed, not very pleasant traveler (ME)! I then calmed down and went into the restaurant for dinner. The bartender/waitress couldn't have been nicer and the meal was delicious. This visit gave me faith in humanity once again. Nothing! Everything was excellent.

Had to wait over 2 hours after check in time for a room

I paid for a suite and Hotels . Com reserved a king room.

The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great.

Other than not being able to check in on time it was a beautiful hotel and the front desk staff were amazing. Again checking in an hour and half late wasn’t the best when heading to a wedding that afternoon

Was much more conceive than necessary but the place was terrific for us and our two dogs.

I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. She put me on the first floor way in the back. My vehicle was out front. Did not ask if I needed any help with anything. By the time I got to my room, long walk! I went in and have to say your hotel just looks old and worn and not inviting. I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, only to find out the pool is outside and no hot tub. By the time I was finished with all that, the restaurant had closed and I couldn’t get anything to eat. When I got up, looking forward to my coffee, the coffee machine didn’t work. I had to walk all the way down to the front area for coffee and NO continental breakfast or quick bites of any kind to go with it. Horrible experience, Horrible place to stay and Horrible coffee. Could not even get a hot chocolate. Not worth half the money I paid. Horrible hotel for such a pretty area.

Nice clean room and attentive staff, especially the attendant who helped me multiple times

The hotel itself was fine, BUT there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were out of control! Parents were worse than the kids. In the future, I will ask if any sports teams are staying at a hotel before book. Even the hotel staff was at their wits end. Parents today need to mind the behavior of their children and respect other hotel guests. Totally unreal the disrespect shown this weekend to other travelers.

Will stay again

The mattress was horrible and left me with body ache all day. Breakfast was not included as promised.
