The room we stayed in needs repair. The tub drain wouldn’t plug for a bath, the window shades did not work, and the refrigerator ran so loudly all night but didn’t keep anything cold. The Adelphi is a beautiful space but needs to improve for the price point.

Excellent hotel in the best location with great dining and very nice staff. I would only recommend having the rooms checked more carefully as our refrigerator was out of service, the hair dryer only blew cold air, the makeup mirror was coming out of the wall. Staff is readily available to assist but it would be ideal to have everything in order at check in.

Excellent location, great sushi bar and cocktail bar and restaurant, and very professional staff. The staff, however, need to pay a bit more attention to details (refrigerator was not working in the room - they provided a replacement but it did not cool in time to chill our drinks before we left for a dinner; makeup mirror was hanging out of the wall; hairdryer only blew cold air - though my fiancé brought one). Also our first room was adjacent to the bar next door so the music literally shook the walls until 11:00 am. Overall excellent experience, especially when we changed to a suite for an additional $200. We look forward to continuing our annual visit.

Literally perfect. The hotel is about 2 hours away from us so it was arguably staycation-esque but we felt like it was a real getaway. The property is the perfect mix of old and new. The architecture/style is so beautiful but then the room was unexpectedly modern with wireless chargers and power drapes/shades - it was just amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras along the way. We'll definitely be back.

The Adelphi is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and it’s located conveniently right in the heart of Saratoga for easy access to lots of shopping. My room was absolutely wonderful with daily housekeeping service, as well as turn down service in the evening, where they left me free water bottles and chocolate truffles. My bed was cozy, it was nice having a shower and bathtub, and having a heated toilet seat and bidet was really nice! Unfortunately, my room was on the side of the building overlooking a local restaurant/bar… they played live music until 11pm on Friday night and 10 pm on Saturday night. It was quite noisy, so I suggest, if you want a peaceful evening or if you go to bed early, ask for the side of the building NOT facing the restaurant with live music.

The staff were the best and sweetest! Super attentive and kind! The room was exquisite! I somehow got lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and felt like a princess during my stay. I loved all the details and how beautiful everything was. Both restaurants on site have delicious food! Highly recommend staying here!
