Great, centralized location. Comfy, clean and not pretentious.

If you plan to spend anytime in the room, it's a little depressing. Our window was directly across from the parking garage, so we had to keep the shade closed making the room very dark. There were 2 tiny lamps and 1 overhead light. Storage for clothes was very limited, just a weird, tiny standing closet. The shower water poured onto the floor regardless of how the head was postioned. HOWEVER, the location was amazing; the walkability to restaurants and bars made this place almost worth it! The staff were really nice, overall.

Such a lovely check in process with a complimentary upgrade. The king room was spacious and very clean with a nice comfy bed and pillows. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, would return for sure!

This is a hidden gem. The location is right in the heart of town, so convenient to everything. They also have great spaces to enjoy your down time. The patio with fire pit overlooking Broadway was amazing. Top it with friendly attentive staff and your set. We will be back.

I think for the sake of everyone’s comfort thinking about a new insulation plan would be the most obvious choice for the hotel - because there is nowhere to sit in your room (other than the bed) so the common space is it. But it is a super super easy place to stay if you want to spend time in Saratoga Springs. Location was perfect.

It was okay, but the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the location of the AC, right next to the bed where you sleep. I couldn’t keep it on at night because the air was blowing in my face, and I’m sure I’d probably get sick by morning. I strongly recommend moving the AC to a different location.
