possible to say anything negative. We especially enjoyed our breakfast on the morning we left. We asked for some modification from the printed menu, and the chef came out to our table to make sure that we were satisfied. I was a bit surprised that there seemed to be so few guests in the hotel.

Super easy checkin, great central location.

The hotel was very nice and every way, except for the restaurant. We only had breakfast, so that’s my only experience. It was only one waiter for all of the tables in the morning. Long wait to be served, many mistakes made, and overall not a great experience. The food was OK though. I would recommend to have an extra waiter so that things may run more efficiently.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff and location was Great.

Perfect location, extremely polite and friendly staff

The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained, but overall the hotel isn't very hospitable: have to pay for parking, no complimentary breakfast or coffee, no blender in the bar for mixed drinks.

Location and evening staff was nice and accommodating. The room temp was all over the place the couch area was freezing but you were hot in bed sleeping. Morning staff made rude comment upon checkout.... I was tired and did not want to engage due to my uncomfortable night... when I walked away I overheard his comment.

Location was good. Parking was convenient.

A/C worked well , beds were comfortable You need to walk 100 yards once the building to get to the front desk . Seemed like we walked a 1/4 to room from the car. Staff was dressed as they were at a freak show . Scary

Quite Kinda dirty

The hotel gives its address on Broadway and the main entrance is elsewhere making it difficult for Uber pickup.We were told to wait by main entrance for our ride whereas the driver was waiting on Broadway his GPS automatically takes him to the advertised address. The hotel has a good location but needs renovation and better dining options.

Location Showers, value and elevators

Rugs were extremely dirty and tub did not drain properly. I was showering in my own my own dirt water was shin deep. Never again will I come back.

Walking distance to town . Loved the pool . The breakfast was not good. There was only one waitress with no d patience . She was very stressed out and needed help. Not at all worth the money and it’s was upsetting seeing her work alone and be so stressed . I was shocked not Hilton like . Won’t do that again.

Location When we arrived, I requested a shower chair to be put in our junior suite. It was very expensive room. When I got back to the room that night, very late there was no shower chair. Due to a disability, I am required to use a shower chair for medical purposes. Also, the front desk told us that there would be a trolley available to take us to and from the racetrack, which, in fact, there was no trolley. At a hotel of that size the front desk should be aware of transportation as they do not have a concierge. I requested compensation for the lack of the medical necessary, shower chair and was told that a manager would get in touch with me. No one has gotten in touch with me to date.

Clean friendly staff Breakfast was awkward. Seemed short staffed and most of the Buffett was burnt food. Other guests nearby had also complained about wait time for coffee or service. I selected to have breakfast included with stay and had received a bill for same separately so that lead to an awkward interaction.
