Waaay overpriced for what it is.

His warm and cheerful demeanor engaged us upon check-in and started our stay in a very positive light. He was very quick to answer any inquiries, share local insight, and offer resolution. Very hands-on and respectful! He was also observed being very consistent in his affect and approach with other guests. Ben was a superb representation of excellent customer service and care.

The front desk was called three times when I had to complain about loud banging on my door by other guests. The problem was not solved and the manager was not alerted. Very poor customer service. I have been a guest at this location over the past 19 years and I am a Hilton Honors member. I am extremely disappointed at the treatment I received.

This hotel is centrally located to a lot of shopping and restaurants.. staff friendly and welcoming..

Clean room and common areas. WiFi was spotty and there was no food available at the lounge as an employee had called out sick.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were willing to accommodate anything we needed. The only issue was the pullout couch. The mattress was dirty and unmade. I had to make it myself when they brought up the sheets.

The hotel is very nice. However, the $25 fee for overnight parking is a ridiculous additional charge that really irked me.

Property was beautifully maintained and staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast bar was a real treat!

Everything was wonderful, except for the EV charger. The EV charger was blocked by someone who was not charging, and there was nothing the hotel could do about it.

This is a nice property close to downtown Saratoga Springs. Close to plenty of restaurants and Congress Park. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean and spatious. Only complaint is the breakfast buffet is Meh.
