Roosevelt Inn and Suites Saratoga Springs

Very pleased with my stay.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel has a vintage look to it. I Would recommend to my friends and family.

It’s an older place, but the people are nice, and the prices are reasonable. You’re looking for a place to stay and don’t need the luxury of a fancy hotel. This is a nice place nearby Saratoga.

The room was spotless. The pool and hot tub were both in good condition and fully functioning. The breakfast was also good and had a decent variety of food for different dietary needs. We had three people in the room, but every day we had only 2 towels and had to go to the check in desk to get additional towels.

Only dislike was that hot water in our shower/bathtub was not set at temperature as hot as we preferred. Owner adjusted upward at our request second night of our three night stay. Hot tub in spa hot as we like and enjoyed.

There is an strong musty smell in the reception/breakfast area. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. However, our room was really large, quiet and comfortable and the staff is really nice and friendly.

bed was super comfy ! maybe a tiny bit of mold on one of the curtains but couldn't really tell and rest of the room was very clean

Location was very good. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Manager was very helpful. Pool was not open for use unfortunately. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable and good size. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time. The staff were there if you needed them and the amenities were awesome!

i canceled my room but they never canceled it on there end so i hot ncharger for a room i did not stay in. very disappointed and out 350 dollars. do better

No outdoor pool. No elevator to room.

The room was very clean. Check in and out was very fast and easy. I was a little nervous some people had said it was very outdated but our room was updated and clean! The bathroom was slightly outdated but cleanliness is what matters to me and it was very clean. We had no complaints! The hallways were very hot and muggy.

The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)

Pool, big room, friendly and accommodating, upgrade s for future obvious. Many old, out of date fixtures furniture, and breakfast milk not refrigerated.

A couple of miles from downtown, perfectly adequate hotel, but certainly not luxurious. Staff was quite helpful.
