It was a perfect place to stay for our short visit to see James Taylor at SPAC. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor pool and the free shuttle to the concert venue!

Great stay for Father’s Day weekend, Mallory at the front desk was awesome. She was very accommodating to ours needs, offering waters while we used the pool. Thank you Mallory for being great at your job!

The breakfast was an added bonus,the staff were super friendly but the gem of this hotel is the free shuttle that will take you downtown,to the casino and to the concert venue. The drivers were great, friendly and very accommodating. Parking was ample and was a short walk to your room. Would I stay here again,CERTAINLY

Very nice staff, everything was good, however in the room I was staying in, you could hear what sounded like water valves turning on and off occasionally. It would make a groaning noise then a thump. But it wasn't really that big of a deal;, and the property was nice, staff was very friendly. I'd stay again.

Overall it was good — the free breakfast was great, complimentary waters, nice big pool, nice staff. But the bathroom had dark mold in the corners of the shower and the bathroom felt run down in that way — needed a refresh.

The room was comfortable but not as clean as I would have liked. Slimy areas in bathroom by shower side of bed near wall dirty looked like had not been swept in awhile. I did not use pool. Bfast was nice . Staff were super friendly. One weird thing is our shower door did not have a handle on the inside so was very difficult to open to get out or u had to leave it cracked and floor flooded.

What a shame. Staff was super nice and hotel had a free shuttle to SPAC so we booked it. Once we got into our room we knew why it was so cheap. Our bathroom was dirty and shower dripped so we asked to be moved. The next bathroom was worse, stained w mold and still dripping and the second bed that my son slept on had a massive dip in the mattress. Would NOT recommend unfortunately.

This property is old, dated and not maintained. We stated 3 nights and there was no cleaning service. We complained after the first night. They promised someone would come the next day. No show, we were out all day only to come back to a dirty room, no clean towels. When we complained again, Mallory at reception gave us attitude. At the same time, another guest came to complain about the same thing. Nobody cares about customer service at this place. It was really expensive to stay and I would go elsewhere even if its costs more. Don’t bother either this place!

The room wasn't ready by check in so they gave us a suite (I'd have rathered the King bed). The staff were great and the room was lovely enough but the 2 doors wouldn't shut, the windowsill had bugs on it and the bathtub had some hair. The breakfast was just OK. But for the money, it was a great stay.

There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given.

The hotel was well maintained and close to the music venue. Breakfast was great and the pool was clean. Very enjoyable experience.

Second time I styled in this hotel it’s not the best place in the area but it’s ok better than some.

The staff was excellent, the amenities were excellent, including a great shuttle that we took to spac, a bar in the lobby, and we were able to check in early. Everything was really nice and it was clean. And great free parking on the premises. The only two drawbacks that subtract a star for me where that it was very noisy street traffic through the night as well as noise above us. And a lot of maintenance clearly needed to be done, screws, pulling loose from the wall, loose tiles, chipped paint, but otherwise very nice and it was clean.
