Brentwood Hotel

The look of the place seemed rundown and I found not having staff to checkin with was difficult. The room itself was ok but needed upgrading.

It was great, but did not see any staff while staying at this property. Very private which was awesome only stayed one night. Let myself in and was one of the only guests.

Room was clean and comfortable .No staff on premise. All on line electronic check in and bot contact. Must say a bit unsettling but everything was alright Kinda quiet and eerie upon arrival.low exterior lighting.

The room was very clean, the aesthetic and interior design was modern with classic touches to the preservation of antiquity and equestrian theme. My only negative feedback was that there were no on-site staff or communication from management to follow up, and we were awoken by tree trimming outside our room at 7 AM. Other than that, we had a wonderful night.

Unable to check in at 5:30pm made reservations days ahead. Door locked. You could see through the window. It was some rundown Tampa office/bar dirty nobody there. They have a self check and sign up which I assume would normally be used for late night. There was no one on the property when you called. Get someone at a call center in another country that cannot understand what you’re saying and there’s a translator in the background so it’s like talking to two people at the same time. They have terrible reviews everywhere.

I love the location and the beds a very comfortable I seem to have difficulty communicating with the staff. They are not in the property and I reached out a number of times to explain the smoke detector did not have a battery in it! No response ever! Also, during the summer the bar Nextdoor can be really loud with music which does end at 11. If you need to be up at 5, this could be a problem.

Nothing It was closed. Was notified through text that our reservation was canceled 30 min before checking in.

It was inexpensive and convenient. The room was clean, but not having any on-site staff is off-putting also, I had an issue with the shower in the room and had to fix it myself (ran out to Walmart) in order to shower.

The location and cost were very amenable to my needs. I liked the interior decoration and the coffee that was provided. The toilet in my room did not work. The floors were dirty, one of the lamps was broken, and my sheets had some stains.

What I liked about the property was that it was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. I didn’t notice anything negative about the property yet.

The bed broke while we were sleeping, the heat was on high in every room with the windows open and there are no thermostats in the individual rooms. The door lock was useless. Some part was missing so the code didn’t work. Contacted the hotel to get help and left messages thru booking.com and they NEVER responded.

This place has gone downhill. I stayed there 4 years ago and it was great. The property has been neglected, things are all generally threadbare. The cute bar on site was not open and from the looks of it has not been for a while. You can’t even get a bucket of ice for your room. The fire pit was unusable. The room was clean enough but pretty dingey and smelled like people had been smoking inside. The phone number takes you to a call center in India, I had to call 2x to get the door code sent to me ahead. What used to be a sweet and thoughtfully renovated place with nice minimal luxuries is returning to the rundown trashy motel it probably started out as.
