The Springwater B&B

Beautiful room! Compared to other B&B‘s staff was not overly warm and friendly. They were helpful in terms of suggestions in Town. Breakfast was just good but nothing special.

All the rooms are beautiful and spacious, as is the property of the main house. Breakfasts are made to order and the food is fantastic.

Charming setup, clean rooms with historic character, fantastic breakfast with a friendly and efficient staff. Parking is tricky, can be tough to get a spot near your room, and those with difficulty climbing stairs need to double check what room they are booked in. Wasn't a problem for us, but there was no warning... and if my mom had traveled with us, it would have been an issue. Not cheap.

It was such a neat old house. Within walking distance of Broadway and the track. The breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be going back.

This is a quaint comfortable, clean and pleasant place. The bed is incredible. The breakfast is beyond wonderful. The family running this place is so pleasant. I very much enjoyed my time there.

So beautiful and the room we were upgraded to was outstanding. Bed so comfortable and the shower was incredible. Then came the breakfast…wow! The omelet was freshly prepared and perfect! The maple walnut muffins were the best ever. And perfectly cooked bacon and home fries. Friendly staff! Loved this place.

It was early in Spring but a cleanup around the property (leaves, trash cans) will help to enhance this B&B

We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful rooms, friendly innkeepers, and great location in Saratoga Springs. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the fires in the bedroom and breakfast room.
