The hotel was great . Didn’t go to Casino but the Harness Racing on property was a nice extra. The Hotel shuttle was so convenient just call them and they will take you downtown, to SPAC for concerts or anywhere you want to go

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel and the grounds were very clean. It was a lot of fun to have the harness racetrack right behind the hotel. Having the shuttle available to go to the concert and back was very helpful. We didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking and when the concert let out the shuttle was waiting for us.

Comfortable setting, clean rooms, fresh filtered water, shuttle busses, and easy access to local environment. First night desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful.

Convenient for SPAC events. Used the shuttle, it was so easy getting there and back. Limited eating options, especially for young person under 18. No room service.

Second time staying here for a concert at SPAC - absolutely perfect! Everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great and happy hour at the casino bar was a nice surprise! Will absolutely stay again :)

Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but had sticky floors. Lighting in bathroom was soooooo dark. Hotel has the odor of past smokers?? Staff were friendly. Parking is plentiful.
