Homewood Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs

My daughter is in a power wheelchair and this room was perfect. Roomy, space under the bed for the lift, spacious shower, so many amenities! They have an outside area to hang out. The breakfast area had different heights of tables. We were super pleased. Thank you!

The beds we just ok.

Would 100% stay here again. The grounds and exterior were very well kept, staff was friendly, room was clean, comfy and had everything we could need. Only gave 4 stars because when we stayed, their elevator wasn’t working, but that’s specific to our stay. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had, no joke. Carnitas tacos!? Hello. Yum. We stayed here when we saw a concert at SPAC at it’s a 25 min walk to the venue on a very nice path. Great stay!

I didn't use the pool or have breakfast. But the staff was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

Safe and clean environment

Breakfast was very nice and offered healthy alternatives (chia and oatmeal).Room was mostly clean. Staff was warm and welcoming. Not enough amenities: facial wipes, Q-tips, makeup wipes. Kitchen was clean, however it waspoorly equipped for its use, example: no spoons! Just knives and forks no scissors no large pots for boiling water only one kitchen towel. Cheap coffee in the room nothing to write on or with. Felt like a budget hotel, but with a high price tag. Found a rotten piece of fruit underneath the couch when I was looking for something I dropped.

Great location, very clean, and staff are very helpful. I will stay here every time I’m in the area. Only 2 miles from SPAC and right next door to Tree house brewery.

The staff was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard was welcoming and backyard-like. I loved it. I would absolutely stay there again.

Secure parking Pull out bed with dirty and stained, with crumbs in the bed. Blanket in closet had reddish brown mystery stain and ironing boated with absolutely disgusting.

Hotel experience was excellent. The room rate was very high for concert event. The hotel is within 30 minute walking distance. The park paved walking path was lovely and safe. You will need a flashlight for the return and they are available at hotel front desk. An excellent social hour included hamburgers, Cesar salad, baked beans, slaw - a full meal which saved us money and time.

Location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Elevator was under repair on our side but not an issue since we were in the 2nd floor.

The constant issues with the elevators not working. My wife and I are senior citizens and the Wed. we checked in we had to carry our luggage, golf clubs, etc. up the stairs to the second floor.

It was okay. A few things could have been better.
