Hotel and amenities were excellent. We booked two king rooms in February of this year. We went to check in at approximately 4:30pm and were told that only one room was ready and we would have to wait for the second room. When we finally got both rooms and headed to them, only one was a king suite. The other was a double queen. I called the desk and was told that due to over booking one of the rooms was changed. I asked why I wasn’t informed at check in and was told they don’t do that as the room costs are the same. I asked if there was any compensation for the inconvenience and was told by the desk clerk that the rooms are the same price so there’s no compensation. I didn’t book almost five months in advance to be surprised when we walked into our rooms. I would like to note that the woman who was handling the breakfast brunch was very polite, efficient and helpful.

Very average hotel , the elevator was broken and it was 100 degrees outside and the front desk was not very helpful checking in

The Breakfast was amazing. The perfect thing to crave that morning hunger. The egg were light fluffy, the bacon crisp.

The room was very clean and very quiet. The staff were friendly- we enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience to SPAC for a concert. We'd definitely return here.

I had a wonderful stay during my Saratoga trip. I loved that the venue where I was seeing my favorite band was right down the road. It was very convenient. My only complaint is the bed and pillows need to be updated for better sleeping comfort. And on a leaving note the continental breakfast spread was delicious!

The property was very well maintained and nice to walk around. The room was huge, very clean and the bedding was so nice. Dinner and breakfast were included and they were both decent.

Very clean, very comfortable. Not much interaction with staff but for those few minutes at check in and check out they were very friendly There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
