Beautiful, historic property nestled at the base of the North Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. The level of service was over the top with friendly staff who remember your name. Pet friendly is a plus. We loved everything about the resort

Stunning property and beautiful rooms

Resort feel on this large complex with complimentary e-bikes, super comfy bed and large apartment. Plenty of areas to lounge around within the property also. Super close to the Golden Gate Bridge for photo opportunities and to the Sausalito ferry. Sausalito itself very close and very pretty by the water. There seemed to be only an on-site restaurant in the area unless you drove/biked into Sausalito. Not a major and if we were staying longer could have brought some snacks with us.

Beautiful property! I live in Oakland and can't believe I had never been to Cavallo Point. The staff is wonderful, restaurants delicious, comfortable rooms, beautiful spa and a lot of perks!

Best location for a launch point to enjoy all SF and the area have to offer…staff was exceptional, we felt like celebrities….

Beautiful property on an old military base near the Golden Gate Bridge. It’s simple and a bit rustic (so don’t expect high end luxury in the rooms) but the restaurant is very good, the views are beautiful, the staff is helpful, it’s in the middle of eucalyptus trees. You need a car to get there. They have complimentary yoga classes. Not great for accessibility as there are hills and stairs. Very relaxing base from which to explore the Bay Area

This hotel is very nice and great location. Only 10-15 minute bike ride to Sausalito and 10 minute bike ride to the Golden Gate Bridge. Really great solitude just on the edges of San Francisco. Suggest staying in the newer modern rooms and upgrade to a suite.

Lots of cool complimentary things like the electric car/bike + happy hour wine + valet parking. We did pay for the cooking class, and that was super cool to participate in. I would do that again. The spa was great, especially the massages. A lot of uphill for me. But the golf cart transit was a great perk.
