My husband and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were wonderful and one day we borrowed the hotel's well-kept e-bikes and rode to the Golden Gate bridge and then the other way along the bay past all the house boats. Everything was great including the attached restaurant.

I had a delightful stay at Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa! The property is clean, beautiful, and in a perfect location walking distance from great restaurants, the ferry ride and shopping. The staff was exceptional!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location, fantastic ocean view, great bell captain and valet service. Fantastic we will be back again.

Everything was beautiful! Great location. Staff was super friendly. Didn’t really use the amenities but what they had looked great if we had stayed another day. Parking sucks but the valet was good and reasonably priced for the area.

The location is great, nice staffs, but the facilities are well outdated.

Love the history of Casa Madrona & it could be a 5 star experience however for the cost, I would expect more in the way of a high performing staff and the spa experience left a lot to be desired. My masseuse was male & I requested a female & it seems they were hired on the fly and didn't know their way around the property. He left the room before the massage began to allow me to prepare & locked himself out of the room! He had to go find someone to unlock the room cutting time off my session! When we checked out & they brought the car no one offered to assist with the luggage. After we left, the front desk called to see if there were a set of keys inadvertently left in our car they had lost! For my very expensive anniversary weekend I had hoped for more from one of my favorite locations:(

The hotel is centrally located in Sausalito making for an easy walk to the many local shops and restaurants. The staff were wonderful and had great recommendations for dinner. The room was exactly as advertised, clean and modern. We will definitely stay again!

The location is PERFECT!!! Absolutely loved it. The grounds and rooms are just lovely. We had a suite with amazing views of the marina and downtown San Fransico. We were so sad to leave. I will return and stay even longer. Worth every penny!

Loved it and would stay again

My wife and I went here for 15th anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was welcoming, the property was beautiful, and the room was spectacular, highlighted by an amazing view. We look forward to going back for our next anniversary.

Very convenient location

Awesome location with quieter town compared to SF. We had an amazing view of the water and loved coffee on our balcony as the sun rose. Convenient parking across the street, but can be full (we stayed Fri-Mon so understandable). Keep in mind the ferry service times might not accomodate early tours in SF so book tours accordingly. Staff was polite. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

The room that we booked was spacious and overlooking the warf. It was a beutiful scenery day and night time. We had a complimentary bottle of wine. We wanted to come back again.
