Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful. Lovely big room. Great shared outside space overlooking the Bay. Wine and cheese in the evening was a lovely touch Our view of the aircon outlets

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the room was advertised as having a water view but only had a restricted side view of the water.

The property and amenities were exceptional! Absolutely NOTHING that was not classy and excellent: room was darling/well-appointed; shared deck on the bay was simply lovely...with the firepits during the evening...enjoying the morning sunrise in the AM; continental breakfast was simply yummy...great food choices, well presented! Credit for parking right across the street! Wine and cheese at 5:00/warm chocolate chip cookies at 7:00! I forgot to mention Martin...at the desk during the AM...exceptional service! We will definitely return and soon! "Waters Edge" has become one of our favorite Northern CA destinations! Get there!! :)

What a quaint place to stay! It had such a nice feel to it. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed, but sitting out on the back deck and enjoying the wine and cheese happy hour provided by the hotel plus the view- it was perfect to me. The breakfast was fantastic and would without a doubt stay there again. Thanks to Thomas and staff! I liked it all!

The breakfast was not great but certainly acceptable. A hot breakfast would have been better but it was fine enough. All good.
