Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah W - Chatham Parkway by IHG

We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Savannah area. The hotel is very clean and easily accessible from the main roads. Parking is free. There isn’t food within walking distance but a short drive to fast food. Downtown Savannah is about 10 minutes by car. The breakfast was very good. Nice choice of items. There’s an indoor pool but it’s wasn’t very warm. I would have enjoyed an outdoor pool. We didn’t book the hotel until we arrived in Savannah and glad we made the choice. Downtown hotels look fun but for the price difference we enjoyed the Holiday Inn Express. We drove into town to enjoy the area and were also able to take short trips to Tybee and Hilton Head.

It was awful, uncooked food, not enough There attitude and the hotel staff made me provide with my otheer credit card and charged me twice for one night they didn’t know how to use booking code. I had to pay double for one room and i called to ask for my money there not help at all:(

The location pertaining to Savannah River Front and the price.

The iron in the room had stains on the bottom and water leaked out on my pants causing a stain. The front desk gave me another one to put in the room. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign on my door to place on the outside of the door.

Great stay! Everything was perfect!

The bed was very uncomfortable, we left with both of our backs hurting. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling of the shower. Location was fine, room was spacious.
