The hotel was clean with all amenities. The breakfast was good. They had a few board games that we could rent for the duration of our stay. Service was very good.

The hot item choices are just never that good. I don't know. All these types of hotels seem to have the same stuff and same flavors. Nothing special. Now, the cold items are just right and plenty.

I was having a bad back on arrival. The front desk associate was amazing. Got me in early, on the ground floor too!!! Outstanding property and staff, in every way! Not a thing

Everything was good enough. When checking in, the front desk staff was away and it took more than 7mins for someone to come and check us in. This was the same when checking out. The front desk staff was taking a smoke break when 2 people other than myself were at the desk waiting to check out. My husband informed them people were there waiting to at the desk. Since people were already waiting, we placed our luggage in the car. I walked passed the staff to go back in to check out and waited 5 minutes before one of them came in from outside. It’s not the worse thing to happen, but it does speak to customer service as a whole.
