The elevator is not working

Overall, the hotel stay was ok for one night. The Wi-Fi did not work in my room, and I had to take all of my calls from the lobby, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was acceptable, but it did not meet the quality I expected based on the hotel's rating.

No musty smell , property well kept.

Positives: comfortable, clean bed. Nice little view of field out window. Suite was spacious and I could (almost) close the door to bedroom so it was quiet and I could sleep. Most of all, I felt SAFE, which is important to me as a solo traveler. Breakfast looked OK, ( I just had coffee) they had what is usually offered at a complimentary breakfast. Disappointed there was no fresh fruit. But the area was kept cleaned. Thank you.

Elevator was down. "Towels were tiny.", said my 4'8" wife. Breakfast was meh...

We've stayed at this property before and it is clean and safe. We like that access to rooms is from inside the building. Breakfast was fairly good and always a welcome bonus when considering where to stay.

Staff pleasant very clean modern furniture and finishes bed comfortable and clean

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful , I would definitely recommend staying there.One problem was the dryer in the laundry room was not working properly.But otherwise very nice place!

I liked staff, cleanliness of property, parking availability and Breakfast! There was a bit of noise from something mechanical (air conditioning units) , that interrupted our sleep! Also the door had space so a bit of light entered the dark room!! All in all we would stay again!

So we had a a good stay on Friday, but Saturday night, we found a camera on our wall right beside our bed, and we immediately took it down to the person that was on staff and showed them. They tried to say it wasn't a camera until we showed them proof and she said that the manager will come in in the morning and take it apart, we didn't hear from anybody about it when we checked out. On Sunday, the lady asked us how was our stay. And we told her and showed her pictures of the camera that was found and taken off our wall, and she pretended to not know anything about it and didn't say anything to us, we still have not heard from anyone from winning ham and are going about filing and seeing what we need to do against them.

This was ok for an overnight stop on the way to our destination. The room was clean and comfortable. We probably should have passed on breakfast or maybe used the pancake maker instead. The eggs and sausage had no flavor at all. There is an excellent seafood restaurant nearby, The Shell House, that I highly recommend for dinner!

The hotel was OK but we had a terrible humming noise coming from somewhere near our room that lasted all night. It sounded like a dirt bike that was going fast then slowing down…and it would get louder, then softer. It was so bad, we had to download a noise app on our phone to try to drown it out. The hotel itself was fine, but that sound, whew!!!

The room was pretty clean, just outdated. The water for the shower and sink was not hot at all. It was pretty warm. The front desk and checkin process was simple. She was very pleasant and accommodating. There was plenty of parking.

Breakfast was fine, eggs were"funny". But overall the breakfast was fine. Staff was warm and friendly 1. There could have been more lighting or brighter lighting 2. The bathroom fixtures could have been cleaner

Good value for price. Clean.

Worn out entrance mat was sure sign I’d booked a poor quality hotel. Then the manual pull opening doors, which were needing cosmetic upgrade was next . Lackluster & dingy hallways, exercise room, shower in a tub with plastic curtain, no ice available on my floor, broken handle on bathroom faucet, noise from room above (due no carpeting ?). Nice people that have this franchised hotel, but they just don’t have the attention to quality maintenance that I expected at a Wyndham.
