Everything was great for our stay

Very nice people good place to stay

Overbooked, no room, disappointed.

My husband and i had an allergic reaction to something in room 310. Still waiting on the manager to call us about us having to leave suddenly for to me not being able to breathe and asthmatic. And my husband breaking out in hives.

lovely crew My reservation wasn’t exist there. I had to cancel and rebook. They don’t work well with booking. They said they had few problems with it. I never had such problem with reservation anywhere else

The furniture was little torn and carpet was dirty

A couple of mistakes were made about our reservations. The sofa bed my children slept in had crumbs and trash on it. The pillows and sheets were stained. Very helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to me and my family during our 5 day stay.

Impressed by the free laundry

Clean hotel, a little outdated. One negative is that the gym is attached to laundry room. Staff is ultra friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room fully furnished with a little stove, microwave/toaster, a full refrigerator, plates, utensils, pots to cook. Very spacious. Aldi and Walmart walking distance.

Great front desk staff. Helped us so much with keycards! Key cards go bad in your pocket near a phone. But staff was great at replacing them for us at anytime.

The room was nice, beds were comfy. The floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty in all the corners and there were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The Coffee room in the lobby had many things in it this trip it just needed some regular green tea bags and real milk in there. Maybe keep some whole milk in the fridge for people to grab and use. We never use coffee mate, creamer or powders. Overall our stay was good. Much better than the last time we stayed there when our room smelled of urine. We assumed it was because this hotel allows pets so it's possible the people who stayed in the room prior to us had a pet. As long as they can accommodate our needs, we would have no issues going back again.

There was no breakfast Booking.com never sent in the reservation. When we got there no reservation was on the computer. The manager at the front desk said she had at least 12 reservations that never got forwarded to the hotel and the guests were not registered. It was a nightmare. Folks beware when you make your reservation. The front desk manager, Tabatha Ash, called Discover to reverse the charges to our account and then booked us at $200 less than we would have paid through booking.com. What a scam.

Everything was great!

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation because of an error on booking.com’s part but Manager Tabatha and Amber did everything in their power and worked it out so we had our rooms and at the same rate I originally booked them at! They were incredibly helpful and were even willing to go above and beyond to help us find a room even if it was at another hotel. I highly recommend this hotel simply because of these two angels who, because of their kindness, stopped me from having a panic attack almost 4 hours from home. The refrigerator was a bit noisy.

The first day, I can’t log in the WiFi with my room number and last name. The second day, when I check out, there were two ladies deal with one guest in front of me. I waited a while, a lady took a glance at me then went inside.
