A great place to stay while visiting “the valley.”

Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, clean rooms, but nightlight in bathroom was out, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the faucet was wobbly. I told the desk clerk upon checkout and she wrote it down and thanked me. The toilet was low to the ground. Great for kids, but difficult for adults.

The bed and pillows were hard as rock! Other than that it was a decent budget hotel. Staff was nice and friendly.

Friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms, pretty quiet even when the hotel is booked almost full, good breakfast buffet in the morning, room service was efficient. The only downside I noticed was the wifi was a bit slow/glitchy.

It was clean for a one night stay with kids. The fridge was cold, they had a vent fan in the bathroom. The fan only option was disabled on the thermostat, only a minor inconvenience.They had masala chai at the hot beverage vending machine and it was good. No

Staff were friendly and helpful. My keys stopped working for some reason and the staff were quick to replace them. I heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The tub had spots where it had been repaired hastily - they were rough, discolored, and at first looked like it was just a dirty tub. Everywhere in the building I had ventured also had a distinct smell to it - not garbage or mold or anything - more like strongly spiced food.

My one complaint is that the bedding for the pullout couch was awful. The blanket felt like sandpaper it was so rough it was unusable & the sheets were very thin and low quality. I’m not sure why the same type of bedding that goes on the other beds wasn’t used. Overall it was a good place to stay for a couple nights.
