The doble bed room very small and the bathroom small the door slide door no privacy.

The fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at 3am & 5am waking everyone up no apology no explanation. I understand things happen but this was not handled well at all.

The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The water view was very relaxing. They had a variety of food for breakfast, which made you feel like you were in an all inclusive resort. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Everything is tiny and cramped which is annoying for 250 bucks a night.

Room was dirty. Shower drained was clogged completely.

This I would not expect from a Hilton Hotel, or any other Hotel for that matter. Would not stay in this location or area again.

Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only there for 1 night so didn’t get chance to use amenities but pool area and gym looked appealing.

The staff was helpful everything was so clean and we had booked the weekend for Union college reunion...will be back in 5 years!!

The room has pieces of cookie on the rug. The refrigerator wasn’t working. There was no towels on the bathroom rack. We had 3 people in the room only enough towels for two people
