Horrible

This is a second stay here for us. First time was so nice, I booked again. However, check in is 3:00 pm and they didn’t have our room ready. We waited about 10 minutes. But the staff were all very nice, our room was clean and smelled fresh, bed is super comfortable.

Everything was executed.👍👍

Everything was great including the staff. Even offered breakfast after they had cleaned up!

I’d stay again

Well kept property. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was included. It wasn’t alit but it got the job done! Very satisfied for the time I spent.

I was here last year, so I had no problem booking again. If I have to nitpick, my refrigerator in the room only seemed to have one setting: arctic circle. I couldn’t stop my beverages from being frozen. I had thought that setting it to a lower number would lower the temperature. Maybe it was operator error.

It was in the process of updating- so it was an old, somewhat stinky building with new furniture and wallpaper. It was smoke-free but the previous business clearly was not smoke-free.

Clean room and attentive staff

Not enough breakfast seating. Shower not 100% clean. Faulty doors.

Staff was great, especially Ash. It’s a bit of an economy hotel, but they kept it clean.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Building is a little older but it is a perfectly good hotel.

Bedroom was clean but the bathroom has evidence of wear/tear. Grout etc was dirty and mat on tub obviously covering up age of tub. Shower curtain had several torn holes so curtain not very effective. Shampoo/conditioner had been filled with water so very thin and very little actual product. Very noisy and thin walls or lack insulation as we could hear conversation clearly of neighbors. Door had to be forcefully closed and opened making it more noisy.

The front desk manager, Ash, is the man! He is very welcoming and is very generous.

They do not like to compensate for messed up rooms or amenities. Plus they try and stag you on giving u back your initial deposit

Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean with nice amenities and features including a fridge, microwave and conveniently located plugs for charging your devices
