I booked 2 rooms. A double bed and a single bed. The reservation was for 2 nights originally however plans changed last minute. I called Hotel and Spoke with a Reese who informed me of prices and they didn't match the rates once I arrived. Booking modified my reservation but changed my rooms to both Kings. Which didn't work for my group size. I ended up paying more than I wanted but stayed anyway because I did not want to chance not having sleep accommodations while visiting the town! Didn't like the modifications and inaccurate rate change.

Jets in spa tub did NOT work. Pillows and shower curtain were stained and disgusting. Hallways and lobby were extremely hot.

I asked for non smoking i didnt see any staff except when they took my money no room service the whole place smell like i smoke

No breakfast. Room was clean. Electronic door lock failed. I went out in the morning to get something from my car and was unable to get back in, had to roust the clerk to re- set the thing. If I were manager, I would not put up with such unreliable equipment.

No breakfast or amenities except free ice. Free cable though . Reaked of smoke throughout hallways and lobby. Room still smelled like cigarettes. Very humid in room as well as musty. Cleanliness was not good except for shower stall.

Had a hard time checking in. No one was at the desk. When she was she was rude. Had to call her on a phone to get her. The whole building smelled to a point thought if I stayed would probably have to go to the Emergency Room. We had to leave. Owner made it quite clear there was no refund. I was there for my sons funeral. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. It smelled horribly. Totally filthy. Really had a hard time to check in. In my opinion looked and felt like the place should be condemned. Way to dark and dingy.

Good for a night no more than two. Not the cleanest but they only have one person cleaning. He’s very helpful but it’s a lot on one person.
