The rooms where comfortable Online it said the pool was open but when we got there the pool had no water in it.

The sofa bed was stained very bad I wasn't letting my boy sleep on it and no bedding was there,then I wasn't told about pool being maintained and closed till I paid.i will never do again

The toilet in the room was unstable. It wobbled. The pool was under "maintenance. " clearly it hadn't been used or cleaned in months.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway. I have picture to show how horrible the room is! I just was there on April 18, 2026. The air conditioner vent wasn't clean! The window had rust and mold in it! The carpet and the walls were dirty. The bathroom door was stuck in the wall! The bathroom faucet was broken! The shower door was rusted and ugly! The front desk said all the room were in about the same condition, but she didn't offer me a refund!! The front desk spoke in bad English. I wouldn't sleep here anymore as a matter, if all the rooms there are in that condition they should close this dump down!! And yes, I deserve a refund!!!

DID NOT STAY, checked in to attend a nearby concert returned found roaches in room and checked out immediately.

This hotel was gross

Tiles loose in bathroom floor, carpet had huge stains , toliet leaned to the right, outside grounds had trash everywhere will not stay there again

Nothing the experience was horrible I didn’t like anything about this place I was judged soon as me and my family arrived and watched and treated like trash they also lied about the pool being open which is one of reason we booked here and was told after I paid the pool was closed for the next 15 days the breakfast was horrible only waffles and grits with a side of water down apple juice I was also accused of stealing two small towels when I’m the type to bring my own towels to any hotel I stay at I will not be returning to this hotel

The room had a terrible smell. There was mildew on the curtains. Mold around the air conditioning unit. The was brown content on the door frame of the bathroom that appeared to be poop or vomit. There was spiders in the bathroom with webs. The furniture was damaged. The outside of the microwave had dried food on it. The pictures online do not present an accurate view of the room. Very misleading. The pool was not filled and was not an area to relax near

Very nice room. Staff was excellent. Great shower. Bed was too firm for my taste but otherwise excellent. Quiet and safe location with easy freeway access. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably the worse hotel I’ve stayed in a loooong time. Nasty, unclean, infested and in need of a remodel in the worse way. Could possible be bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is very nasty and filthy. I will never stay there again.

The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all.

Just the lobby was nice The rooms need to be remodeled we had ants in the room and the carpet was horrible

Convenient. I didn’t like that the housekeeping did not clean the room. They didn’t have towels available. The refrigerator did not get cold. The refrigerator and The plugs was not working in the room.
