Spark by Hilton Lafayette

The Staff was nice and helpful

There was one sliding door that covered either the bathroom, or the closet. It was off track and would not cover the bathroom completely. Not ideal when sharing a room with your grandson. Hotel and room were clean, and beds were comfortable. Cannot find an email to hotel to address these issues directly.

Pool closed. Rude front desk. Long wait. Not up to Hilton standards. Never would stay here again.

Location, clean room. Poor breakfast, some humidity in the corridor.

Pool was out of order and appeared there needed to be more maintenance, upkeep around the property.

Very good

Bed had spiders in it, air cond made a horrible noise had to move rooms at 12:30 at night. Tub was dirty.

Great stay and comfortable clean rooms

Great experience service great very clean

Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The facility was kindof gross. Bathroom shower leaked and never got hot. The dog potty area is right by an active construction site with nails and beer cans laying around

Everything was great except the refrigerator was not cold. Like it was almost room temperature. The front desk staff was super helpful and put our ice packs in the freezer down stairs, but we had to put ice in our insulated bag to keep our refrigerated things cold. Couldn’t use the refrigerator in the room.

No pool, no bbq pit, toilet was broken, TV didnt work. Very sub par experience.

Exceptional

It was clean and quiet, a good place to get some restful sleep, while traveling.

Stay was nice. Breakfast was basically bagels and toast so didn't have any. Coffee was good.

Love it new nice fantastic price

Bad

The room itself was very nice, clean, and had a great smart tv, mag charger for phone, etc. it was great for our family. I would definitely stay there again if traveling through the area.

Nice place to stay en route to Florida from Houston. I recommend

Nice staff and great place for one night off the road. Looks pretty new and well cleaned.
