We got a new room that was clean Hair, stains and gross stains on bedding very uncomfortable staying in that gross small basement room

On a very hot July day the air conditioning in the room did not work very well and there was NO air conditioning in the common rooms

I was there for a very quick one-night stay. This was just what I was looking for.

Check in and out easy. Been coming here off and on for 15 years.. room smelled of skunk. Chairs were plastic. Bed uncomfortable. Showers were nearly unusable. Used to be a great stop. Costs to much for it.

The staff was great. After a motorcycle accident this facility wasn’t too far from the hospital. The staff assisted in getting all our belongings to the room. The overall design of this facility would be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. From the check in area there are no rooms that didn’t require half a flight of stairs and there isn’t an elevator.

Conditioner container was empty. Towles were very old had holes in them. The hotel (Choice Hotel) across had the same issue their ice machine broken,they went out and bought ice for their customers. We asked but our hotel refused to buy some

was farther that town than i saw. no ground floor. stairs everywhere. noisy ac. the worse breakfast ever. no fruit.

It was avaiable when needed, it satisfied that it was at the right location and I was able to check in without any issues early morning. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory. Rooms were clean enough to be slept in. Restrooms could have been better cleaned.

The room was clean there was no soap or shampoo in the room only conditioner but the tv had great channels to choose from I was able to get paramount plus and that alone would make me stay there again.

The staff were all over the place and didn’t know what they were doing. The parking lot needs some work done. A lot of spots that are going to get bigger as time goes on. Didn’t use the pool so not sure how it was. Breakfast was minimal, not a lot to chose from. Overall the place was not awful but wasn’t our best experience.
