First woman we spoke to about a slight earlier check in was incredibly rude she was an older woman with a very bad attitude, the second woman we spoke to who was a younger woman was very helpful and kind.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

They need to put coffee makers back in the rooms. I do not want to go down to the lobby for coffee at night. They have removed them. Staff was excellent!

When I checked out this morning, the host said thank you for staying with us, but did not ask me how my stay was.
-
Hot tub was not working.

Hotel staff was great. We got a family sweet and it was a great stay!
-
Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, great accommodations, clean and nice, love the happy hour and breakfast. 10/10 would go back again!

No coffee pots In the room. The shower head was old and awful. There were 2 hairs in my breakfast.. Yuck! The walls were paper thin. You could hear people above you running around and every conversation had outside the door in the hallway. Do not come here for a peaceful visit. It is not a quiet hotel.

Very nice, would stay again.

We stay here pretty frequently, front desk guy is always a goof ball and ever so accommodating. Good parking, safe location and the breakfast is pretty decent. Pool is hit or miss depending on the amount of chlorine in it.
-
My biggest complaint was the coffee. There were no coffee makers in the room and the new instant coffee maker, in the lobby, took about two minutes to brew one cup of coffee.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious for our family and the hot tub/pool area was enjoyed by all. Liked the early pool open and the late checkout. We didn't know the pool closed early so everyone was disappointed not to be able to enjoy after graduation and supper, but it opened early so we were able to enjoy right after breakfast.

There was an issue when I called to get a late check-in. They only showed one room instead of two, but when we arrived, we actually got one room upgraded to a junior suite since they only had one standard king left.. The breakfast was excellent and had many choices.
-
Quiet but by shopping areas. Keycard had to be rebooted many times.
-
Awesome breakfast
-
The coffee in the lobby tastes great! We actually chose this hotel over another due to the quality of coffee!

The hot tub was nice and warm, the pool was just right, the problem was how strong the chlorine was. None of us even got our faces or our hair wet and our eyes were burning from the smell of chlorine. The rooms are nice and clean and fresh. The noise from both sides of our room was loud all night long Maybe staff should walk the always after quiet time as the sign says it starts at 10pm. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk to make a complaint. Don’t mind people having fun but just a little quieter would’ve been nice. Hardly got any good sleep because of it. Didn’t make it to breakfast here as we were here to visit for Mothers Day!

Good location and good mattresses The bathtub bottom was moving up and down depending on where you moved and the bed I had the bottom was clearly broken it felt like it would fall over if I moved suddenly
