The room layout, the cleanliness, and the amenities.

HIE is our favorite place to stay, and Scottsbluff was fine. I was disappointed that my membership was never mentioned at check-in, and I received no offer for perks for the first time since I've been a member. But the rooms and breakfast were GREAT as always. We rely heavily on HIE and will continue to do so.

Breakfast had a nice variety. It was clean, the water was not very hot and the shower did not drain well. It was a nice place to stay.

The television cable company. Not a good setup. When you cant use the guide to find something on amd to get to a channel you had to scroll up and down until you got to a channel.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room keys (cards) had to be re-programmed every time we left the room which was a significant inconvenience. Staff was friendly and helpful when dealing with this.

First woman we spoke to about a slight earlier check in was incredibly rude she was an older woman with a very bad attitude, the second woman we spoke to who was a younger woman was very helpful and kind.

They need to put coffee makers back in the rooms. I do not want to go down to the lobby for coffee at night. They have removed them. Staff was excellent!

When I checked out this morning, the host said thank you for staying with us, but did not ask me how my stay was.

Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, great accommodations, clean and nice,love the happy hour and breakfast. 10/10 would go back again!

No coffee pots In the room. The shower head was old and awful. There were 2 hairs in my breakfast.. Yuck! The walls were paper thin. You could hear people above you running around and every conversation had outside the door in the hallway. Do not come here for a peaceful visit. It is not a quiet hotel.

We stay here pretty frequently, front desk guy is always a goof ball and ever so accommodating. Good parking, safe location and the breakfast is pretty decent. Pool is hit or miss depending on the amount of chlorine in it.
