Clean room, just too much furniture in the room. Bed was good,

Two things set this motel apart. First, the wonderful and thoughtful people who are running it. They called me by name, frequently handed out bottles of water, provided cookies in the lobby, and they are clearly working very hard to provide a sincere welcome to Scottsbluff. The second thing is the room decor. While this is an older building, what would otherwise be unremarkable cinderblock rooms have been enlivened with cozy and comfortable bedding befitting a more upscale boutique hotel, nice carpeting, and in my room, a mint green retro couch. There are also interesting little extras like nightlights and laundry baskets and everything else you might need. Overall, just a great place to stay in Scottsbluff/Gering, two adjoining towns that are worth a night or two on a tour of the area due to their proximity to the great sights of Scotts Bluff and Chimney Rock.

Diamond in the rough. Read the reviews and decided to take the plunge. It was fantastic. The room is a little small but homey. Fantastic customer service. Would stay here a million times over all the chain hotels in town. Don't pass up this hotel!!

Looks like a motel, but we were pleasantly pleased on the room. It was clean no Smokey mildew smell like most older motels/ hotels. Beds were comfy & everything worked properly. Just slept and got on the road in the morning.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The lobby was freshly painted, comfortable and coffee available. Room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Bathroom was small and a little outdated but very clean and serviceable.

The room was nice and clean, air conditioning was clean and cold!! Nice size TV on swivel mount (awesome), large room with a sofa. Large shampoo, body wash and even lotion provided which was a big plus as i forgot my hygiene bag, they are attached to the wall. Hot shower, crisp linen and towels!!! And the owners are super friendly and attentive to the guests and property. The location is great, near everywhere i needed to visit and close to all stores and restaurants. This is our second stay at Arcadia Hotel. Traveled for sports event. Will stay again next year. Firm bed. The bed was extra firm, too firm in my honest opinion. I woke a little sore each day and didnt sleep well thoughout the night. No breakfast.

Very comfortable room, with couch to sit on as well as comfortable mattress and pillows. A bit sketchy looking outside, altho fine I side. No closet or hooks to hang jackets.

Wonderful owners go out of their way to welcome you and get to know you a little bit. Rooms are comfy and filled with interesting touches. No breakfast

When I approached the motel I was very apprehensive. But was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a very friendly man who explained very clearly how everything worked. I had a good night's sleep!

Very friendly and responsive owners. Obvious pride in ownership and comfort of guests. Appear to be remodeling as they can. Very comfortable bed and pillows, slept well and is not in a noisy location. Furnishings are dated but in good condition.

Great people, the only thing they really need to improve on is a TV service that will pick up local or nearby news.

They stay was pleasant with very friendly staff members. Wonderful room with everything you need. Convenient location, great parking, AC unit was powerful for a great nights sleep. Highly recommended this place and if I return I will be staying here.

I loved how the gentleman knew who I was when I checked out. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms for the most part. I like how the lights get turned on with the key and then pull it to turn them off. Great hot water. All the furniture made the room feel tight. I think the couch could be replaced with just chairs and an end table removed. The price was higher than I paid for three nights at Blackhawk. So the price is kindof high.

Very clean room, owner is very friendly. Absolutely recommend this place!

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Allowed us to check in 3 hours early! My only issue was their water system. May be running off of a well or something. When using the water you could hear a pump. Was very loud during the night as you could hear others using water and the pump running.

Walls were thick. Room entry door like the front door of a nice home. Glassware not covered.

It felt like home
