UNIQUE LOBBY. CLEAN ROOMS. WOULD LIKE MORE CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST

Beautiful clean facility with very helpful staff. Grab and Go Breakfast was a bit sparse, but the coffee was good until it ran out. Overall a great place to stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby. Safe.

Everything was great except for breakfast

Management was working toward fixing a problem where the door did not latch, so could just push door to enter the room. Fresh cold water in lobby was nice. Maid did not dump trash but it was partially hidden by our belongings. Room was clean.

Stayed for one night with family as part of larger road trip. Property was nice. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. WiFi was reliable. Didn’t need much more than that.

Clean, modern hotel.

While passing through Scott's Bluff I booked this hotel off Expedia with nice photos, good reviews, and with a reasonable price. I didn't quite know what to expect with its location and outward appearance. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room awaiting me which was of exceptional quality, especially for what I paid. The bar area looked great and very enticing as a great place to have a drink and talk to fellow travelers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They specialize as an event space and recently added the hotel component to complement it. It is a great hotel to book for any occasion.

The room was clean and stocked. The entire hotel.was clean. There is ample parking. The staff was kind, attentive, and VERY helpful. This is our new hotel to stay at when visiting Scotts Bluff/Gering.

This hotel is a gem in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. It is absolutely gorgeous and has fun amenities like an adult game room, boutique, and roof top patio. Our room was wonderful and the entire place was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel 21!

We did have a couple of things that we found to be a little bit concerning. We couldn't always get the TV to work. It may have been internet issues because later it did work. We found the lights to not be very adaptable. The beside lamps did not work unless the entrance light was operating, so the hallway light had to stay on to use the bedside lamps. It was just a bit inconvenient. Overall, loved everything about the hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel and the room was very nice, very clean, comfy. Employees were all attentive an friendly. My rate was good and I enjoyed my stay. My only three complaints were the following: the Roku streaming service was glitchy and required a Roku PIN to be logged for guests, and no one seemed to know the PIN. Consequently, I was logged into a previous guests Netflix. Not a huge deal but I couldn’t get onto other streaming services, which isn’t an issue for a lot of people, but I was there to relax, and it was a little bit of an irritation. Additionally, I thought the mattress was a little uncomfortable. Finally, my key card only opened my room, it did not work on the exterior doors on the side and rear of the building. That was a great inconvenience because I was at the back of the building.

Steph helped us and was amazing. She was the registration clerk, the bartender and the housekeeper! I personal watched her doing all three at once. Nice room, clean and comfortable beds and (obviously) great staff. 😁

we give this overall property three stars due to the number of issues we had and the fact that they were not fixed, even though we spoke to the staff about those issues.
