Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Gering/Scottsbluff

I was very impressed with how easy it was to check in after a very long day of travel. And the options for breakfast were varied and that was nice too.

The rooms were clean and larger sized than a typical room. Check in was easy. Breakfast was decent and there was a good variety. The shower head in my room was terrible and there was a loose ceramic tile on the bathroom floor which could cut someone's foot if not fixed. Before check out; the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and I did not appreciate that as I was still sleeping. Their sprinklers for the lawn came on overnight and water spotted my vehicle on the right side which I don't appreciate either.

I asked for ground floor room and one person said I had one. When I checked in, they put me on 3rd floor.

Seemed like a new hotel, very centrally located. The breakfast was good. The room was well organized with a middle alcove with sofa and TV between the bed and the bathroom. Had never heard of the chain before but apparently is expanding through the Midwest and Plains.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The AC in the room performed well. The common areas o f the hotel were a little warm. The pool was enjoyed by the grandchild. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. There was multiple choices of fresh fruit, bagels, doughnuts, muffins and French toast (which comes highly recommended;). Fresh made waffles, cereals, and packets of instant oatmeal. Oh this facility also offers whole milk! That a big plus for my family….we don’t like the watered down 2% and skim stuff. Thanks Coblestone! 🤗

The sheets were amazingly soft. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful on checkin and the breakfast was good with a pleasing variety. Overall a good one night stay.

The breakfast was very good. The location was quiet and safe. It was a convenient stop along our road trip. Check in was quick and simple. Checkout was quick and simple. When we got to our room and opened the fridge, it was full of smelly, old food. Like potato salad and an entire leftover rotisserie chicken. Just opening it made the entire room stink. The pool was green, which means the chemicals aren't working to keep it clean. Generally, the whole place did not feel very clean. The hotel was a little overpriced for what we got.

Every thing was perfect. The owner was so helpful and friendly. Since the new owners have taken over Cobblestone in Gering NE it’s so much better. The rooms were very clean and they have excellent amenities. They have an excellent choice for breakfast. I’ll continue to always stay there. They were also so helpful the last time they was there with my fur baby Daisy.
