It wasn't as clean as last time.

Clean facility.

The staff was prepared, friendly and very competent. Breakfast was good with many options. Rooms very clean and easy parking.

Very clean, staff were very helpful, secondary parking lot entrances were rough, rooms were quiet- never heard adjacent rooms or elevator that we were adjacent to. Hope to stay there again!

Nice quaint hotel minutes from Scottsbluff National Monument. Breakfast had hot and cold items. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The room was big enough to fit my family. The entire hotel Is always clean. Location was great. The staff is very kind. 10/10 Nothing. Everything was perfect

I was very impressed with how easy it was to check in after a very long day of travel. And the options for breakfast were varied and that was nice too.

The rooms were clean and larger sized than a typical room. Check in was easy. Breakfast was decent and there was a good variety. The shower head in my room was terrible and there was a loose ceramic tile on the bathroom floor which could cut someone's foot if not fixed. Before check out; the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and I did not appreciate that as I was still sleeping. Their sprinklers for the lawn came on overnight and water spotted my vehicle on the right side which I don't appreciate either.

I asked for ground floor room and one person said I had one. When I checked in, they put me on 3rd floor.

The property was very well maintained. The owner/management was extremely pleasant

Seemed like a new hotel, very centrally located. The breakfast was good. The room was well organized with a middle alcove with sofa and TV between the bed and the bathroom. Had never heard of the chain before but apparently is expanding through the Midwest and Plains.

Upon entering the first set of doors and the lobby, there was a very strong sewer-like smell.

The staff was very friendly, the accommodation was great, and the breakfast was great. I don't think there was anything bad at all.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The AC in the room performed well. The common areas o f the hotel were a little warm. The pool was enjoyed by the grandchild. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. There was multiple choices of fresh fruit, bagels, doughnuts, muffins and French toast (which comes highly recommended;). Fresh made waffles, cereals, and packets of instant oatmeal. Oh this facility also offers whole milk! That a big plus for my family….we don’t like the watered down 2% and skim stuff. Thanks Coblestone! 🤗

The sheets were amazingly soft. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful on checkin and the breakfast was good with a pleasing variety. Overall a good one night stay.
