So-so breakfast

Everything in our room was old; however it met our needs for a one night stay. Our mattress was overly soft. The sliver of soap for hand washing was good for about 3X.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice having a couch and refrigerator and sink in additionto the microwave. Tub was stained but clean. Was quiet which was nice for the 4th of July. Plenty of parking for our full size truck. Would be happy to stay there again.

The staff to help us check in was wonderful! It was s younger women, she answered questions, got snacks out of the vending machine when I lost money, and gave me change! Very kind younger lady! The room was big and comfortable. It was a pleasant staff!

The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on.

Rooms were clean. Bed springs were felt on edges, but it was pretty comfortable regardless. Seemed a bit muggy even with the AC on, but certainly worked to cool. Bathroom amenities were limited to a small bar soap and 2 small envelopes of a conditioning shampoo which wasn't enough to accommodate anyone with long hair. There's a dispenser for liquid or foam soap/body wash, but it was empty. Small refrigerator and microwave in each room plus a desk with chair. Vending machines on the main level were a bit wacky. The one with snacks would only take coins despite having a dollar inlet. The soda vending took the dollar but would not allow you to select a drink, it simply worked as an exchanger for coins, which was good. The 2nd floor drink vending machine worked with a card, but I could only get 2 drinks before it stopped accepting the card. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, though smaller bowls would be of benefit.

There were comments about the hotel being old, but I didn’t think that was obvious. I had an excellent stay in a clean, comfortable room.

Really a comfortable and clean hotel, and a nice location. We definitely would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay, great price, clean, and quiet.

Good location. Would stay again.

We are travelling with our pet dog, and Monument Inn and Suites has pet friendly rooms. The room was a suite with a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and roomy. I ate a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa. There was a park near the property where we could walk our good boy. Bonus: the Scott's Bluff Monument was about a 5 minute drive away. Grocery store in walking distance.

Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs were the only source of protein.

I only stayed 1 night, but everything was in great working order and very clean!
-
Good, clean hotel and within walking distance to the park, restaurants, churches. Area was safe and comfortable. The front desk was not overly friendly when we arrived, but our room was spacious and very clean, decent continental breakfast and friendly staff in the morning.

Great location, nice and clean rooms
-
Comfortable and affordable.

The breakfast is a meager offering. I stayed there for 3 nights, and the offerings were inconsistent. One day there was 1 kind of cereal, another day there were 3, etc. Overall, the hotel is okay, and conveniently located.

The staff was friendly and attentive. My initial room had a broken TV. I was given another room. Had to go and get towels. Not a big deal, but was surprising.
