The hotel is aging and needs a refresh. The breakfast has gone down hill from previous stays a couple of years ago.

While clean, the hotel is showing its age. The TV channel section is bad with no local network channels and lots of others blacked out like ESPN.

The room was also disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. There was a noticeable amount of dust, the stainless-steel surfaces had not been polished, and there appeared to be little attention given to removing calcium buildup and hard-water stains from the faucets and fixtures. The coffee pot provided in the room was extremely worn and dirty to the point that we were not comfortable using it. Overall, the facility feels aged and is in need of updating, better maintenance, and more attention to detailed cleaning. We also had issues with the television remote, which did not work. A replacement was provided, but unfortunately, that one did not work either. The biggest disappointment, however, was the level of hospitality and professionalism. The staff appeared to be primarily young customer-service employees who did not seem to have been properly trained in hospitality standards. Professional appearance and attentiveness were lacking. At times, employees were on their phones, and we observed friends or family members hanging around and leaning over the front counter. It simply did not give the professional, welcoming atmosphere we expected from a hospitality property. The stay was not terrible, but it definitely did not meet our expectations. With improved housekeeping, some much-needed updates to the property,

Staff was very friendly.

Great location. The Inn was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The staff was always helpful and friendly, any time no matter what. But there were stains on everything, the mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillowcases. The bathroom was mostly clean, though. Housekeeping never came as far as I know, and we were there for three nights. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, definitely could use some upgrades and some cleaner linens, but we didn’t get bed bugs and everyone was friendly

Room was exceptionally roomy n very clean only had few minor problems which the staff fixed and help me right away and breakfast was awesome.

Clean building, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this motel to friends and family.

The room was clean. The hotel is old and has been updated but still shows a lot of wear & tear. The toilet hasn't been replaced, and you practically have to sit on the floor. If you have bad knees, beware. The beds were relatively comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. It was acceptable for an overnight stay but I'd be disappointed if I had to stay longer. Mainly because of the toddler toilet! Breakfast was not good at all. We were there well before the end of time & nothing was stocked. My number one thing is cleanliness so from that standpoint it's good but that's it.

Breakfast was very good, real scrambled eggs and homemade French toast.

It was 104 when we checked in. I asked for change since there was no ice they didn’t have cash. The room was very nice. The handicap bathroom shower was great until I stepped out. That beautiful floor is like an ice rink when wet. There are no grab bars outside the shower stall and the floor is very slippery and there’s nothing to steady yourself after you step out

Rooms were not cleaned. was there for 21 days and request house keeping multiple times.

Had a very bad experience. Stayed there 21 days never received to get my room cleaned once I requested at eight different times to be cleaned. Hotel staff is inconsiderate. Basically told me I should have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was the same everyday eggs and french toast that was soggy. Coffee was hot but had more grounds than coffee beans in it. Would not recommend to anybody to stay here. Thumbs down. All they care about is getting the money for the hotel stay and that is it.

Also, they use powdered creamer. They should at least use the little capsules things.

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The sheets and covers were thin and the tea bags were minimal.

Bed and pillow slept well, room pretty clean, fridge cooled well as did AC but room was really hot when we got there and took quite a while to cool, as they had AC off during 100 degree days…tub didn’t switch to shower so unable to take a shower…would not stay again.

My only big complaint was how unhealthy the breakfast options were. There was not a single piece of fresh fruit or vegetables (not even potatoes), no yogurt or unsweetened cereals. There were scrambled eggs (thankfully) but otherwise it was all simple carbs (pancakes, waffles, muffins, white bread, sugar cereal). Not a healthy way for any human being to eat.

Nor for us. We understand we were in a small town, so there isn't going to be hotels we are accustomed to. Basic is okay, but blankets were old and scary and the room is very outdated and amelled like smoke. We also so lots of dogs, which probably makes it hard to have hotel smell good. It appears this hotel is being ran on minimal help. Trash dumpster outside was overflowing which resulted in about a dozen flies in my car while we were just unpacking. The trash containers inside were overflowing by stairs. The ice machine is a tiny ice machine where people can stick their hands/cups in, and the scooper sitting on top was missing the handle and dirty. Not sure when the last time that area had been cleaned? It seemed that they were trying to keep clean in certain areas, like the coffee table looked very clean. We had the choice to keep driving or try this local place. Everything else around was sold out. We took suitcases back to car, took off their blankets and slept on sheet and left in morning without showering. Which we only had 2 towels in bathroom anyway and when I went to front desk twice no one was there, even after ringing bell. So we never officially checked out. The place stinks. We learned a lesson to pick hotel ahead of time and not wing it. To be fair the young girl checking us in was very nice, and this hotel was probably the best choice compared to others that were available within 30 miles.

Clean comfy rooms, friendly staff. Parking is tight if you have a trailer but there is a large convention center next door. Breakfast came up short.
