Breakfast was good, staff was helpful but not English speaking and overall the motel had a rundown look and sad appearance.

There was mold on the wall in the bathroom which we informed the staff about. Breakfast was good.

Desk clerks were a little on the quiet side which can some times across unfriendly. I’m in customer service myself so I completely understand. Aside from that breakfast was great.pool was fun and cool with a perfect temp hot tub to relax. Thanks for a comfy place to lay my head on a five day stay for training.

On the good side- great breakfast and staff member who tried to help. On the bad side- bathtub faucet sprang a leak that I reported but was not fixed. Microwave was jury rigged into the entry light switch with no instruction to turn the entry switch on to use the microwave. The refrigerator didn’t work initially but cooled somewhat overnight. Refrigerator had no freezer. WiFi required too many steps

Property was overpriced. Staff was not very helpful. TV did not work. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is basic, but was comfortable for our one night stay. They had a good variety for the breakfast.

The location is also horrible. Its next to a suger mill . So it smells very bad . There is no elevator either only stairs . The breakfast was ok same as most hotels

This was a clean and serviceable stay. There had been a couple of major rainstorms just as we were arriving that created problems for the staff. Otherwise it was fine.

Great team and facility. Great Breakfast. Not located in Paris, France. Scottsbluff, Nebraska is not Paris, but there is nothing the hotel can do about that.

Staff was great. Location was good. The back hall door was unsecured and broken which the room was right next too. Also of the three nights there house keeper if only came in once to change out towels. The room door had been damaged and not repaired. Did not card for the sheets they were low quality.

The room was clean, the hallway was clean. Exterior and tile floors cracked with missing grout. The pool was disgusting. Mold on walls, water looked dirty, weird smell in pool area. Doors at end of building didn’t lock, felt uncomfortable to be at end of hall where doors didn’t lock.
