Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town

There were a lot of people who were not guests, walking around in n out of property, did not like that

I had a king sized bed, I loved the room, clean and updated! The interior doors are actually solid wood, not some composite material like other hotels of this class. There was a barn door to separate the bedroom area from the bathroom area, that was nice. The bathroom/open closet area was very spacious-I actually had room to put things! Liked having the refillable water jug. The shower in this hotel is one of the nicest I have seen...again for this class of hotel. True tile and glass doors...not a gross shower curtain that never gets laundered! And the water doesn't spray everywhere, soaking the floor. So the bathroom definitely gets 5 stars from this Momma! Staff was lovely, always greeted you. The flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch on those hot days. I did not use the bikes. The pool also felt clean...hotel pools can be questionable! My only major complaint would be in the pool area. The music is LOUD and awful! Like really bad elevator music, was obnoxious. It actually prevented me from staying at the pool longer. Get a new playlist, and turn it down! Blasting in the bathroom/hall! Location was PERFECT-2 blocks to Old Town for shops and restaurants.

My room was clean, staff was very helpful, but the food & drinks at the bar is awful! You have to update your game there.

Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. Great rooftop bar. Very clean.

Very Nice but typical corporate clean. Ideal for most tho.

No mention of parking on advertisement. $25 for parking. .

When the room was cleaned, trash was not removed on 1 of the days. The room didn’t have a basic kettle. And room service wasn’t great. Had to go down and get plates and cutlery on my own even though we called and waited for 20+ minutes.

Rooms clean, great staff, pool was great, bar areas too. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our time in the Canopy. Nice friendly hotel with excellent service. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Scottsdale.

Love the rooftop restaurant and the pool. Amazing view and night time vibe. I don’t like that parking isn’t included.

Room sizes were awesome. The property was clean, quiet and modern. We chose this so we weren’t right in the thick of all the bachelorette and bachelor party scene, so you will need to take Ubers to lost restaurants and bars unless you’re comfortable walking 20 mins in 40 degree Celsius (110 Fahrenheit). So depending what you’re after the location may not be central enough. It was great for us.

The location was great and the pool was nice. I wish there were breakfast options at the hotel. Also, the AC was out in the gym which was not good because the temperature was over 104 which made the gym unbearable

Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there.

Fantastic hotel for our girls getaway! Location was wonderful for walking to Old Scottsdale, restaurants, and other shopping areas.

this is a super nice, modern, essentially-new hotel with very helpful staff and a great restaurant in the lobby. will definitely stay again if we pass through scottsdale

Pool was meh. HVAC was being worked on in the lobby so a bit hot. We had a conference in Sedona and stayed in Scottsdale for the last few day in June. It’s a nice place, we just don’t like the high temperatures there. Not really the hotels fault.
