Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town

Great hotel. Fitness center was a little small and overcrowded. Not a huge fan of sliding barn bathroom doors

Loved the large safe built into a drawer. A/C worked great. Lobby was very comfortable. Roof top bar and pool were great. Room was very clean. Bar and had a very nice Happy Hour with great custom drinks. Beds was very comfortable. Lobby desk tends to get very warm, due to AZ temps and poor building design.

The rooftop pool was spectacular! Great view, food and drinks! The wait staff was very attentive, super friendly. Excellent service. The loungers were great, upscale furniture that was very comfortable. Loved the music also! The woman at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing. Told us the wrong info regarding the pool, charges, etc. overcharging, almost added charges to the wrong card, stated the liability fee was over $500, etc. told us the pool was on the wrong floor.

Location was great. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The pool closes too early and the parking is very expensive.

This hotel is a real treat. Room was a good size and the beds were incredibly comfy. Excellent location!

Staff was definitely amazing, the rooftop pool was amazing just all around great staff and building cleanliness and parking was good, just would recommend getting multiple EV charges that can be used for other EV models

The pool area was GREAT, poolside service for drinks and food and the staff was awesome, the views from the rooftop are AMAZING, and the heat is much more tolerable with their little mister things and fans and shade there, we came in August and honestly, it wasn’t as bad as you would think. Rooms are large and modern and clean, comfortable beds and no complaints on the maintenance or anything it was honestly very well kept and everything was in order. Restaurants on site are expensive for sure (it’s Scottsdale), but food is excellent, service is excellent, I guess that’s just what it is. Overall we were extremely happy and we will be back for sure, can’t beat the location, Old Town is steps away and full of character, very much enjoyed our stay here!

Staff was great and room was awesome!

I thought this was a nice hotel with a decent pool, hot tub, parking, and comfortable room. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Old Town. I would totally stay here again the next time I'm in Scottsdale.

We had a really peaceful visit and the rooftop pool was awesome! Clean room and quiet.

Great stay! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were able to change and store our bags until it was ready! The pool and pool service was great and made for a fun stay. The free bike rental was also a great way to explore Scottsdale! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Staff was pleasant and its in a good location. Overall a nice stay.

I loved the little details like a bench in the shower to shave my legs, the steamer for my dress that was very wrinkled, the water station work pebble ice in the hallway,and the way the gym was set up. I loved that there was a partition that separated the sleeping space with the bathroom space so I could get ready with the lights on while the kids were still sleeping. The pool was so fun being on the rooftop so I could see the city, especially at night. It was the perfect location right across from the museum.
