The breakfast did not even have yogurt and hard boiled eggs like the Chandler location had. Overall I’ll probably stay at the Chandler location again next time I’m out in Arizona for the same cost. As this Scottsdale/old town location was sub par.

Always a 1A experience. Courteous staff, quiet environment.

Location. Staff. Price. All A+ This is the best value per dollar of any hotel in the state, as far as I have seen. The only thing I would change if it was a perfect world is that I would like to be able to check in after midnight because sometimes I don't get in until late, and you can't really do that at this place.

Always happy to stay here. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, safe and quiet. Close to nite life in Old Town.

For anyone reading these reviews to help them make a decision on where to stay- Keep in mind that there is no IQ test required to post reviews here. There are several bad reviews regarding the price and quality of this place, but if you rent a room for the same price anywhere else in the Phoenix area, you will find yourself surrounded by cockroaches, fentanyl zombies, and barely-clothed women who are all named after various gem stones and dessert ingredients. If you are expecting a personal omelet chef for breakfast, Eqypt's finest linens, and a 24/7 concierge- you can book a hotel that offers all of those things right here in Scottsdale, and it will cost you anywhere from $900-$1,700 per night depending on the season. Anyone who is paying under $70 for a safe, clean hotel room with working appliances and air conditioning and is complaining about it shouldn't be your go-to source for recommendations. One time I went to get a cup of coffee I the breakfast table in the office and the coffee was empty and I had to wait about 3 minutes. One time.

My daughter refused to stay in the room and chose to stay with her grandma instead. Breakfast was your choice of instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bar, or artificial flavored and preserved muffins. With coffee or tea. For a central location in Scottsdale, next to restraunts costing $40-60 per person, its a bit of a dive. Like a motel 6 on an empty freeway heading through New Mexico.

Less than a mile from old town. Safe. Quiet. Clean. Insanely high quality for the price. Entire front desk staff is noticeably a notch above what you expect. Jess is basically the Michael Jordan of hotel workers. I've stayed here several times and I don't have a single complaint. This may be the best hotel value of any hotel in Arizona.

Nothing Everything

Steps from old town. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. There is 1 front desk girl in particular who has to be in the top 25 in the country if they rank hotel front desk workers. I don't remember names but maybe Jess? Anyway, clean, comfy room. No parking problems. Incredibly low price for the room and location. Probably best motel experience I've had in years. I'm worried this place won't be there for long because the prices are too low.

Amazing location walkable/close to stadium, shops and restaurants. Easy to grab an uber/lyft to other stadiums too. Staff was sos so nice and even remembered that it was our anniversary and she sang happy birthday to my husband. Beds were hard but that is a preference not a deal breaker
