Staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good and there was as good selection of breakfast options

The hotel was very clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids especially in the heat. Breakfast was great just wish they had more than one waffle maker.

Everything was great, the ice machine was down closest to our room. In a city that is always super-hot, ICE is a MUST.

Breakfast was good, rooms were nice. Unfortunately walls are thin.

I would only offer one suggestion: Add another waffle maker or add a pancake maker! Breakfast is delicious!

We took a chance on this hotel with mixed reviews. So glad we did. The property is very nice, and well maintained. It is clean and you can see the staff work to keep it that way. Kids loved the pool, pet friendly, breakfast had variety, which was nice since we stayed two nights. We could indeed hear the ppl above us, but it wasn’t terrible. The location was great for the activities we had planned, and dinner options were convenient.

I had a ground floor and would see crickets and bugs crawling in the bathroom. My recommendation is to spray often. The sun would shine through my window and I never noticed how to close it.

I stayed at the end of April. The room was huge and laid out so nicely. The storage options for clothing drawers, hooks, hanging, bench and luggage is very intuitive and works really well for how you would naturally lay out your things. It was also designed so that a couple or 2 people would both have ample storage for all of their things. I didn't even know it had a full kitchen until I arrived. I was very impressed and would stay again, especially if I had more people and knew I needed the space and the kitchen. Everything was very clean.

Good for the price

Plenty of parking. Breakfast could have been a little more, one morning they were out of almost everything at 8:30am More fruit would be nice.

Superb

This is a very nice property. Our room was huge with a lot of amenities, such as a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc. The gym was awesome. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. To top it off, the free hot breakfast in the morning was amazing with a lot of choices!

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms and hotel itself were clean.

The property is close to old Scottsdale which makes it convenient

My luggage came two days after I arrived and the staff kept me informed and called me when it had finally arrived. Justin was awesome!

Clean property, Friendly staff how small the breakfast room was. We were unable to even get into the room because it was so packed.

This was a very nice hotel and the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful. It actually seemed very clean. I was initially very impressed. So it was surprising when the floors were visibly dirty. Otherwise it was a pretty nice hotel. Decent breakfast also. I’d definitely stay here again, maybe it was just an off day with housekeeping. The floors could have been so much cleaner. And if I’m being picky the door track to the balcony was hard to open because it needed a good cleaning.
