It was just what I needed and close to Old Town Scottsdale!!!

Friendly staff.

I booked this hotel because I only needed a basic place to sleep while working nearby. I was not looking for anything fancy, just a bed, shower, and fridge. For that purpose, it did the job. The location was convenient and the staff were fine. The room looked clean at first glance, but there were some gray marks/stains on the sheets and a dirty spot inside the mini fridge. The door did lock, but my room did not appear to have a deadbolt/security latch, which some guests may not be comfortable with. I had read the lower ratings before booking, so I honestly expected worse. This is not somewhere I would choose for a vacation or a relaxing getaway, but if you just need an affordable place to crash for the night, it may work. If cleanliness details or feeling extra secure are very important to you, I would probably choose somewhere else. Clean it up better. Better security.

At times the curry smell in the lobby is very strong, but a decent budget hotel none the less.

I’m still waiting for Expedia to refund me the money for this day where I had to immediately check out the following morning. I believe it was $383 and I was very unsatisfied and the last I heard that Expedia was trying to contact the hotel to make sure I checked out and the room was in good condition as when I came and checked in. I think the Maid just didn’t get it right and the room was off from the floors that were filthy dirty to the bed that had Hairs in it. It was a cheaper motel to stay at and I thought it was gonna save me money, but I had to check into another hotel the following day for approximately $500 for the same day.

The toilet tank kept filling up throughout the whole night and the valve was dripping. The bathroom floor was flooded by morning. One of the towels they left me was so stained, it looked like it had been an auto mechanic's hand towel. No grab bar in the shower, so be very careful getting in and out!! The one redeeming quality is that the ice machine worked well.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful, despite working in the rooms and cleaning themselves. The owner came and greeted me, told me he was working on the room. Room was spacious and very clean. Price point was amazing for the location and what I actually received. 20/10 would recommend! Can't think of anything

Staff was amazing oh my god haven’t seen better

Rooms weren't very clean. Towels and sheets had stains. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor at night and they told us there wasn't anything they could do for us. We just dealt with a flooded bathroom that had a bathtub that barely drained until we could leave first thing in the morning.

Not located in a good side of Scottsdale. Small sign in front of hotel, small sign on front door stating one must enter through back door, door to my room has visible gaps and was difficult to open and close. Next door to an adult book store.

One story only. Quiet.

I arrived after full day of travel to meet a young man at the front desk. He managed the property. Unbelievable way. Noise would bend over backwards for me. Anything I asked for he does it all him as his assistant he’s always working. He always answers the phone he always greets me with a smile can I go on any further? I get a stipend from the male clinic so that co-pay is an out-of-pocket equals about $50,000 a year that I have to pay -$1000 a month and so my wife so I could this place obviously location and cost cause she knows I slept in firehouse for 28 years I could sleep anywhere. I’m just completely satisfied can’t say enough anyways even with all the responsibilities he has he manages to put it all together I don’t know how what he does and anyways I can’t say enough be safe
