Amazing

Parking was not free; I was surprised to see this way of charging for hotels that are not downtown. There was plenty of parking, and feel no reason to charge for parking. Staff members were helpful, but were not informed of the wildfires and driving conditions. It would have been great to know if the driving was safe or anything to watch for.

Cleanest hotel, comfortable suite, friendly staff. Great amenities,great breakfast,good and clean. Good parking ( safe).

Watch out--$10/night for parking. It's in the listing, but not obvious and not something I ordinarily think about. Also, internet went out for 3 days of our 5 day stay. Staff unable to fix the problem, and seemed a bit indifferent about it. Had an important work meeting via Zoom but had to rely on hotspot--not the end of the world but also not ideal.

Location from the airport. Staff was never at the front, the cable didn’t work for 4 hours Saturday night during FIFA soccer games, we also could never get ahold of the front desk for towels or assistance. We asked for towels one day and they never came. An hour later we asked and the front desk associate had to bring them up herself. The staff is extremely lazy her and basically non-existent. The rooms aren’t very big and the bathrooms are tiny!

The room was big. They can put a lil more effort into cleaning the showers. Ours was discussing. Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk when our TV wasn’t working yea that didn’t happen. They answered the phone then left us on hold for 45-50 minutes. My son went down stairs to ask them to fix it & waited there for 10-15 minutes then left cause no one was there. There was people waiting there for 10-15 minutes before my son got down there. Who knows how long they waited for someone to come. We also waited 5-10 minutes Before someone came to check us in as well the first day we got there. Won’t be staying there again.

Check in associate was fabulous- I was greeted with a smile & welcome as I entered the hotel! Good size, clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was a little small but nice and clean. Breakfast quality was definitely a step above the many other chain hotels I’ve stayed at. Although limited, the offerings were very thoughtful - including a great choice of toppings for oatmeal. Only negative is having to pay $10 per day for parking. Would definitely recommend.

One of the benefits of booking the hotel was the indoor pool. Pool was out of order the entire stay. Staff was not helpful and vague and had a nonchalant attitude when I inquired when the pool would be back in order.

Breakfast was delicious. Waffle,eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage,toast, fruit, coffee etc... room clean,nice safe parking,stall friendly.walmartn9 miles away,panda Express 1/2 mile away, restaurants no more than 10 minutes away. Scottsdale is so beautiful.love the Psalm trees.
