One of my favorite places

The hotel is beautiful and looks new even though the theme makes you feel like you’re in a Ginger movie! The customer service was AMAZING, from housekeeping, valet, bellhop, front desk to the servers. Everything was super clean including the public restrooms. The food at ZuZu was delicious and plentiful. My only issue was being told I had to coverup my bikini top to enter the restaurant. It wasn’t revealing nothing was showing but my stomach. I had on a kimono and jean shorts. I found that odd. But other than that I highly recommend Hotel Valley Ho.

The only downfall of this hotel is the extremely small main pool. We came for the 4th July weekend and were looking forward to spending time in the pool and listening to music, but it was extremely overcrowded. Zero sitting. The pool is just way too small. The water felt nasty. All those people chilling in standing water I can only imagine the filth floating in there. There was an additional pool on the property (Thank god!), but it has no DJ and no bar service on site. It's nice if you want peace and quiet, which we enjoy, but this trip we wanted to be where the action was and that just wasn't possible. In addition, the hotel offers day passes. This also contributed to the pool being overcrowded. My advice, build a bigger pool or limit day passes on holidays so long term paying customers can enjoy the hotel's accommodations. Nice hotel, but we will not be back. Simply because the pool scene is not the greatest. FYI- Zu Zu restaurant was amazing! Everything we ordered was great!

the rooms were beautiful, loved the soaking tub and the mood lighting. everyone on staff was super friendly, and really enjoyed the fitness center and the pool. will definitely be back anytime we come to scottsdale. 10/10

Only down side is the hotel restaurant, Zuzu was hit or miss with their food options. However, wait staff were attentive even then and willing to comp / accommodate when the food was a miss. Had a wonderful time , would visit again !

What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with provided exceptional customer service. The valet team was especially outstanding. We used Ubers quite a bit rather than valet parking, but they were still incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time we came and went. Their attitude and willingness to help never depended on whether we were using their services. We're from Canada and aren't typically big tippers, but every staff member made us genuinely *want* to tip because they consistently went above and beyond what you normally expect. That's something you don't come across very often. The pool was beautiful, the pool staff were fantastic, and the entire property was spotless and well cared for. Overall, an amazing experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend Hotel Valley Ho to anyone visiting Scottsdale.

Super unique hotel with old Hollywood vibes. The property has multiple buildings and you walk past beautiful landscaping on your way to and from. Love that every room has a private balcony. Friendly staff and bartenders. Would stay again.

This hotel was an absolute gem. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and set up well (especially for a girls trip). The pool was a fun vibe with attentive service from the pool staff. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. Will definitely return!

It was a beautiful hotel but I don't like the fact it's look like a motel, i was expecting something more on the inside than just outside. Other than that it's wasn't bad.
