This hotel was exceptionally clean and perfect location to walk to everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time.

Loved this property. The room was surprisingly spacious. The pool was the best and love that they had a pool bar. My only complaint is the parking fee to self park on the property. $30/night which we weren’t expecting.

Hotel Solaya in Scottsdale was such a great stay. The recent renovations are beautiful and give the whole property a fresh, modern feel. Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully updated. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the Scottsdale sun. Breakfast was delicious and the café staff were so kind and welcoming. The front desk team made check-in/out easy and friendly. The location is also a huge plus. It’s extremely walkable, right in Old Town, so restaurants, shops, and coffee spots were all just a few minutes away.

I was charged $150 dollars for two drinks that I didn’t notice until I already left the property. They also only had 1 little thing of body wash that I completed in one use. The amenities were actually 24 hours as promised and that was nice.

Our rooms were in a good condition. There was dust on the ice bucket and dirt on the floor in one side of the room. Housekeeping was excellent otherwise. Front desk staff were friendly. Great property in a walkable area.

Friendly, helpful staff! Beautiful, comfortable bar both inside and poolside. Clean room, comfortable beds. Terrific location very close to shops and galleries in Old Town Scottsdale. Modern decor was welcoming and tranquil.

The room and the resort are beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint was I wish I had known they were having a pool party the weekend I stayed. Yes, it was during the day, but I came to relax and wasn’t interested in listening to the constant music and bass playing. The AC in the room would shut off when it got to the temp you set it at, but there was no option to have the fan going to keep air flowing. Very hot at night sleeping.
