The lobby was a perfect place to meet up with friends, and the location was convenient to North Scottsdale or Tempe. The pool area was large and comfortable.
-
love my stay!
-
As soon as we checked in, the main receptionist was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here again.
-
Amazing place to stay in Scottsdale. The pool was phenomenal, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly. Location couldn't get any better - so much within walking distance.
-
The staff is amazing especially the bartender and Amber such wonderful people. We will definitely be back.
-
This place literally felt like a resort. The pool bar and DJ combo was fun, staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff, clean rooms & the avocado croissant is awesome 👌 😋 highly recommend

I was charged a $30 per night parking fee. Nowhere on hotels.com site is a parking fee called out. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have never had a parking fee. Seemed like theft to me. I would like a refund.

This hotel was amazing, great service and hospitality. Breakfast was awesome , the pool is very nice!
-
The property was well maintained and clean. Although the door latch got stuck and I couldn’t get out of my room when I was trying to to leave the property. I contacted the front desk and maintenance came right away to let me out off my room.

Clean room, right next to old town Az

I was okay with this hotel, I did know it was the old monarch hotel renovated and I didn't know it was 30 bucks a night to park your car.
-
This place is a gem! I loved the patio on the room. Not pool side is more private which we enjoyed.
-
Absolutely loved staying here! Perfect for anyone! It was so unbelievably clean and well kept! The staff really wants the best for you and your stay! The amenities and rooms were the best part; such a beautiful villa style with close proximity to everything! I will 100% be coming back!

THE STAFF WAS GREAT BUT THE BUILDING ITSELF LOOKS LIKE ITS FALLING APART. DECORATIONS WERE BEAUTIFUL BUT IT DEFNITELY NEEDED SOME TLC ON WALLS AND FLOORS AS WELL AS OUTSIDE. PARKING WAS EXTREMELY HIGH FOR A HOTEL YOU'RE ALREADY STAYING AT. CANT COMPAIR TO OTHER HIGH END HOTELS WHO ONLY CHARGE A $9 FEE FOR PARKING
-
Great place so happy I chose this location. From the pool to the rooms could not be happier
-
Great hotel, lived the patio attached to the room, pool area was great, poolside bar was a great addition. Loved all the outdoor spaces and the staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing that was kind of annoying was the slightly limited parking that was unfortunately another cost at check in that felt unnecessary.
-
Well it was summer heat so no crowds and limited staff. But I gotta say, all of the staff was on point and awesome!!

This location is still in the process of renovation and transition of the property but comfortable enough for a great night stay and the pool was the main attraction but needs to be checked and cleaned as guests tend to leave their trash, towels, cans, cups making it look like unattractive. Also there is a $30 parking fee for every night that you stay and even as a Hyatt member i still had to pay and would think this would be waived and having an open gate property and no security on site, i wonder why we are imposed the parking fee. Overall we wont mind returning once these lil flaws are corrected.
