Ice maker didn't work no black out shade in living room and bathroom fan very loud and breakfast not good as it used to be

The dead bolt on the door was stuck, staff was amazing and were able to get the door open after a panic attack and about 10 minutes later!! Did not enjoy walking up 3 flights of stairs in 110 degree heat though. Over all good stay. Susan Bahnke

Everything! I lived that we had a mini kitchen to cook meals for ourselves when needed. I wish I knew where the pillows are from - would love one for home Not enough variety on TV channels. The scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery (but still ate them- breakfast kept us going for the whole day)

Location and staff We found a cockroach in the room and had to move to another room. Rugs in the room need to be replaced.

That the rooms are set up like an apartment. That the $50 incidental hold was daily instead of per reservation like most places.

I wood like a better food it was to dry

I would definately stay at the Hyatt in Scottsdale again. Everything and everyone were fabulous

I love that there was a full kitchen in my unit because we felt too tired to be out in the heat so frozen food in the hotel made us feel better The location was in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and especially the river front. Front desk employees were professional but not welcoming; could be more pleasant and happy to be there. Perhaps because they were all young, not certain. The cooked food was overcooked- eggs tasted rubbery and dry. Sausages were dry and hard. The room could be a bit more spacious and updated.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Amenities that makes life easier. Awesome place to stay. I will definitely recommend and stay again myself.

Overall, a number of items didn't work in the room (bedroom TV, fan in the bathroom). Some of staff was helpful and customer service oriented yet some couldn't be bothered. With so many options in Old Town Scottsdale, I would make another choice next time.
